This hotel is very quiet and peaceful and is located in historic pietermaai district,an area full of restaurant and bars.Down town Punda is about a 10 minutes walk. There is plenty of parking space right infront or across the street. The rooms are simple but confortable with a small fridge and electric hotwater kettle. There is free Wifi and there is an inner courtyard where you may sit and smoke your cigar right infront of your room or take a refreshing dip in the plunge pool. There is also a library but most books are in dutch so bring your own book if you can only read English. If you like a peaceful retreat in Willemstad this small boutique hotel is perfect. I love this place.....

When we arrived from the airport the staff welcomed us in a friendly way, gave us a welcome drink and showed us our comfort room. The place looks really nice, a little like my hubby's old home in indonesia with an inside place where you can sit or take a dip in the small but nice poolarea. The breakfast is being served here in the morning, all you have to do is sign your name at your roomnumber and they charge it to your room. The rooms are nice with high ceilings a small kitchen with a fridge and a nice shower. The location is in walking distance to the centre. The room has airco and the bed is very comfortable. This is a great place to stay in Willemstad, we loved it

We absolutely love this boutique hotel. It was a former convent and the details are amazing. The staff is super friendly, even the manager took some time to chat with us. This hotel feels like home, with the beautiful garden and lounge furniture. The pool is small but perfect at the end of the day to cool down. And the dog Pollie was adorable. We had a deluxe room which was nicely decorated. We definitely recommend this hotel to couples or solo travelers. Thank you very much for having us, till next trip!

't Klooster is in a perfect location. Whether you want to eat, shop, sightsee or do banking everything is within walking distance. Hotel is very clean and cozy, like a community feel. Staff is very friendly and helpful, maybe the best staff in all of Curaçao. Beds are very comfortable and rooms were clean. Sorry to say but I did not have dinner at the restaurant but I did hear people say that it was really good food. Did have breakfast and that was good, hot and cold food and great bread. And all around the hotel there are memories of the history of the hotel. If you like quiet, perfect service and a great location then this is the place to stay in Curacao.

Since Insel changed our flight we had to stay a night in Willemstad. Klooster was a welcoming hotel. The hotel and rooms were okay - the room was a bit on the sparse side. But the staff were marvelous- Marielle was very kind and so over and above helpful with trying to arrange our flights to Bonaire as well as trying to track down our cab driver to alert her not to come in the dawn hours to pick us up as Insel had once again changed our flights. Marielle should get a well deserved raise as she is exceptional courteous, patient and helpful. The night guard in the morning helped with facilitating a taxi for us, again very helpful staff. A big thanks to the staff of of Boutique Hotel 't Klooster.

My stay was a lovely experience, a quiet place in a friendly atmosphere. Experiencing features of past history (authentic floors!) and sensing how life would have been in a monastery. The entrance and the courtyard do not remind me of an average hotel, but instead feel welcoming accessible. Together with the friendly staff my stay was guaranteed to be a relaxing one. The breakfast buffet was good, but very special was that personal wishes were answered so I could order my personal omelette, the best I ever tasted. To go out and be in the center of town within walking distance and to return to the peaceful courtyard, have a dip in the pool and relax made my stay a very comfortable one and wishing to return.

We stayed two nights in this hotel. It was ok, but not spectacular. One thing that is very important to me is that the air conditioning system works without a flaw. Curacao has a tropical climate. When we got into our room, it was very warm. We turned on the AC system, however, it only blow warm air into the room. After several conversations with the hotel reception staff, who were not very helpful, (and after waiting for 3 hours) finally a technician appeared, who changed the cover of the AC system with was full of disgusting dust and more. Our request to change the room was denied. On the next day we saw the breakfast options, which were very very limited. I would'nt pay EUR 5 for that. The hotel charged much more for that.

I have nothing bad to say about this place. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were all wonderfully nice and helpful. The pool is very small but actually perfect to cool off in. We did not use our safe in the room as it was bolted to the floor and one had to basically get to floor level to use it but we felt very safe at the hotel. My only somewhat dislike was that the breakfast was a bit expensive ($17 U.S.) but it was great to enjoy it right out of the room in the courtyard. They do need to check the eggs because the second day they were stone cold. The coffee machine is great. Would stay again.

The room was beautiful and large with fridge and outdoor shower. The location is excellent, right in the centre walking distance from bars and restaurants. Breakfast is overpriced, but the restaurant is good. There is no parking place but you can park your car on the street.

We stayed at Boutique Hotel 't Klooster for 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms very comfortable and very clean, and the inner courtyard/pool area of the hotel is fantastic - a great place to relax and enjoy the sun. Insel Air cancelled our departing flight, which left us stranded in Curacao for another 2 nights (there are worse places to be stuck!). Thankfully Hotel 't Klooster had rooms available and we went straight back there. The hotel staff were incredibly helfpul with everything, from arranging after-hour check-in to helping us deal with the airline the next day. We very much appreciated their friendly and efficicent service. Would definitely stay here again!
