I canceled my reservation over a week before I had booked the room and still getting emails asking how my stay way. All I want is a credit for a future purchase, but the Courtyard won't do that. So this my negative review of the Hotel.

I had a wonderful mommy weekend away and felt very safe and comfortable. Rooms were very nice and clean. The staff was nice. Pool was perfect to relax. Only issue was noise from my room being next to ice machine but other than that, enjoyed everything.

We asked for a handicapped room with shower accessible for a handicap person & there was a tub that my wife could not lift her leg over to get in the shower. Then when I used the shower I could not get the handheld shower to work. One of the bath towels had a red substance, either nail polish or blood. Not very happy with our stay.

Easy to book on Expedia! We only stayed one night at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful in person. Dining options were available in the hotel which made it very convenient for us to grab a quick bite to eat before heading to the conference we were attending.
