nice hotel

the hotel is nice,but run down,the management is attentive and courteous, the garden and swimming pool are nice, however the hotel is in general noisy because of the abundant traffic in the street it is on,,the hotel in general is old, and everything could be improved in decor and keep up in general,the kitchen has good breakfasts,,no cocktails or liquor here

Llegue al hotel y el hotel estaba cerrado, me comenta el gerente que el hotel llevaba 15 dias cerrado por covid 19. Yo no se por que me vendieron ( y me cobraron) un hotel cerrado. Sigo tratando sin exito que me devuelvan mi dinero

El establecimiento esta muy bonito y en general las instalaciones muy bien no tiene AC pero en este mes no se requiere, en general solo requiere un poco mas de mantenimiento como seria en puertas y ventanas, pero muy agradable, sin ruido y cómodo.

Excelente servicio y atención, el lugar es muy bonito. Nos hubiera gustado que la temperatura de la alberca fuera un poco más cálida, ya que viajamos con niños pequeños. Un lugar que definitivamente recomiendo para descansar y pasar un buen rato en familia

Esta bien el lugar solo que encontramos caquitas de ratón dentro del coste donde tienen una frazada o cobija... por ende pues no usamos la cobija... no había servicio de alimentos pero nos dejaron pedir para que nos lo llevaran

Tuve la oportunidad de conocer al dueño, un bon vivant fascinante que refleja sus experiencias en cada rincón del lugar. L'Orangerie es un hotel para aquellos que quieren vivir las épocas dodradas de las maravillosas propiedades de Cuernavaca, rodeados de vegetación madura, del canto de los pájaros, de la sinfonía de los insectos y de bellos atardeceres.

El servicio del personal es bueno en general y las instalaciones son lindas, sin embargo: No hay pantalla de TV en todas las habitaciones No hay servicio de restaurante a ninguna hora No hay buena limpieza, las ventanas tienen telarañas por fuera Cortaron el agua y empezó a oler mal, la conectaron en cuanto lo solicitamos El internet falla en ocasiones

El personal es muy amable y el lugar está muy cuidado. En caso de no aceptar niños, lo deben decir porque no pueden decirle a un niño que guarde silencio, los niños son niños, en fin. También me sentí algo incómoda porque me sentí muy vigilada de todo, eso es molesto. Lo recomendaría para huéspedes de 70 años en adelante.
