El trato en Recepción dejó que desear, aunque llegamos temprano y sabíamos que se pagaba un extra por poder tomar el cuarto antes, nos ofrecieron darlo un hora antes (2 PM), pero vimos que entregaron antes a otros huéspedes, incluso una era mi hermana y les pedimos si nos podían ayudar ya que teníamos un evento a medio día y encestábamos arreglarnos. de manera poco cortes nos dijeron que el nuevo horario era a las 3 PM, lo cual nos molestó mucho, no pudimos hablar con el gerente. y aunque si nos dieron el cuarto antes, el mal rato quedó. El cuarto limpio, pero el lavabo tapado, la regadera sale muy poca agua y del aire acondicionado cae agua al piso del cuarto. Buen Buffet con excelente servicio, pero tristemente no volveríamos al hotel.

Recomiendo este lugar para una estancia rápida, esta bien ubicado y la atención del personal es buena. El cuarto es amplio, la cama está bien y se tienen todas las amenidades necesarias. Resaltaría que no son habitaciones nuevas, tienen algunos detalles como cortinas desgastadas, caja fuerte sin funcionar, muebles viejos, etc. Nosotros pagamos por el desayuno, el cual calificaría normal. Tiene variedad de platillos, comal y fruta de temporada. Algunas cosas no estaban buenas como el café y el huevo a la mexicana. En general creo que relación precio calidad está normal.

Nice hotel

Hotels very clean service was great. My room didn't have hot water but they fixed it the day after. Food was very good . Security guard at night was cool.
