We are located in a quiet neighborhood on the fifth floor of the Torre Piamonte Building which counts with 2 elevators for your comfort, 2 parking spaces, and a bodega (for long-term stays). We are 10 mins away by car from the Historical Center of Cuenca, airport, shopping center, pharmacies, and hospital. The apartment is completely furnished, the kitchen has an induction stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffee make dishwasher microwave The dining room is suitable for 6 people as well as the living room. The living room has a tv connected to Netflix and Youtube and cable (available for reservations of 7 days or more) Our 3 bedroom apartment has a master room with a queens size bed and its bathroom the second bedroom has a bunk bed the lower bed is full size and the top bed is a twin and the third bedroom has a twin bed, all the rooms have closets. We provide lining and towels, hairdryer.

The apartment was clean, modern, and comfortable and had all the amenities my family and I needed. We traveled as a couple with our teenager. Communication with the owner was excellent, as she responded always very promptly to all questions and issues we had. The clothes washer and dryer were a plus as we were there for 6 days. One suggestion I might make is to add some lamps in master bedroom and living room. The overhead lighting is not ideal for reading. Also, one should know that it is a bit far from town and a taxi is needed to get to city center. Taxis are easy to get and are inexpensive. There was a bit of noise from the neighborhood below; music, car alarms and dogs barking but things usually calmed down around midnight. Overall, I would recommend this property. Thank you Marcia!
