The location of the house was great! That said, as a Combat Veteran with a Service Animal, we were prohibited from having our Service Animal at the property. This resulted in multiple nights that my wife and I stayed at a different property because of the need for Service Animal. The reason given for this restriction was allergies of the property owner, however it was clear that there was a dog bed in a closet and dog food in the garage. I attempted to inform Sean from iTrip Annapolis, the rental company responsible for the property, that this was not in line with both federal and state law. He said this was non-negotiable. He offered to attempt to find a comparable property, but this was at 8:40 at night after my young children had already gone to sleep. What was extremely bothersome was that this decision to force the removal of my Service Animal only occurred after I was asked what services the animal provided. I cannot recommend this property to Service Members, Combat Veterans, or individuals with disabilities requiring a Service Animal.
