This has to be the BEST and NICEST motel I’ve ever stayed at in Dry Ridge. Very FRIENDLY staff especially the evening woman she WELCOMED me talked to me INVITED me to come back SOON. While the staff was kind, the hotel itself showed too many visible signs of wear and neglect. The rooms all looked wiped down, but needed deep cleaning and various items needed replacing. The chairs in the room were stained obviously and very dirty. The window sills were dirty with dead bugs. The sheets on the bed seemed clean, but the mattress cover was not. The pillow cases were clean, but not the pillows. The halls and rooms smelled vaguely of smoke, even though the hotel said it was 100% smoke free. The carpet was too worn to be cleaned properly and the walls were dirty. Surprisingly, the bathroom was the cleanest part. The shower and toilet gave me no pause. The rooms did not look anything like the pictures listed.
