This property was recently updated. The rooms were small but very clean and stocked with necessary essentials . The staff was friendly. Breakfast sitting area was clean and food area was clean. Basic free continental was tasty and stock. I'll definitely consider Microtel as an option when needing a place to stay while traveling. Great value and price.

the couch to bed in our room was ancient, squeaky as ever and noisy at every turn in the night. Must be upgraded immediately to something more comfortable. Absolutely no way to get a night of rest on that particular couch it wasw frustrating the whole night.

While the hotel itself was clean and comfortable the breakfast left much to be desired. The eggs and sausage were barely warm, the orange juice was watery and the coffee was lunewarm.

The third floor where I rented several rooms smelled extremely bad. It smelled musty and moldy. Both rooms smelled just as bad. I found black mold on the air conditioner unit in both rooms. This made sleeping difficult and it was hard to just stay in the room. We bought room deodorizer to try and mask the smell but it wouldnt go away. I will never stay at this hotel again.
