Customer service is excellent. Everyone is very nice but the quality of the beds and sofa beds are very poor quality. My little one could not sleep on the sofa bed because is basically springs…not cushioned at all.

The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was excellent, but the Breakfast staff was above and beyond exceptional. Even though we were there over Thanksgiving they were the friendliest staff I have ever seen at any hotel. All the staff was great, but they made us feel welcome.
