I would like to start by saying that everyone was nice and welcoming. From the cleaning lady to the front desk people. I felt absolutely in love with the workers and everyone that works in the resort. The hotel is nice and the pool is big, my family and I were very pleased with the rooms and amenities. However, what we dislike the most was that we we were not able to sit down at any of the 2 restaurants to have dinner because according to the “guest concierge” dinner was completely booked for the rest of the week. I wasn’t aware that we needed to make reservations to the restaurant since I was under the assumption that it is an all inclusive resort. With that said, we were limited to have dinner in the buffet area. I’m not sure what happens during dinner hours but the food was terrible. No salt, no flavor, it was just awful. We were surprised because during breakfast and lunch the food was ok but dinner time we were forced to go out and eat because we were hungry. They also have a snack bar that serves nachos, wings, burger and salad. My children, husband and I pretty much survived with that. Other than that, I was very disappointed that we were not able to eat a normal dinner based on “all inclusive privileges”, I expressed my concerns to the person from guest concierge but he didn’t seem to care. I explained that we were staying for 4 nights and 5 days … and still there were no accommodations after expressing my frustration.

Had to move room,1st room unacceptable 2 beds and adjoined another room very noisy & bathtub not the best. Moved us second room updated with King as requested but no dresser. The food buffet was just ok only got to full-service restaurant 1 time food very good & service, snack bar also good. The Staff was great & very accommodating

Grounds and building need major update . Place was clean ,but not enough staff and only 2 restaurants , one open for breakfast , lunch and dinner other only open 3 days a week by reservation. Looks like they are trying to save money even that the place seamed full.

I’ve stayed here for about 40 weeks over the last 17 years. It’s always my go to. I wish the hotel would offer direct booking options for regular customers that are competitive or better than third party booking sites. Like they used to. Seems like it would be more beneficial for the hotel if they had less overhead. Most of tur wireless access points have been removed and there is very limited wifi on the property now unless you are in the lobby or restaurants. Room wifi was non existent in 1220 and no one in my group of 12 had room wifi. Roaming is a must if you need to manage your business remotely. It seems like the quality ebbs and flows since Mr Toledo & Falcon passed away.

What a fabulous vacation experience. I love this resort. The location is perfect - not too close to the cruise ships docking. The beach is fabulous. The snorkeling is amazing. My only complaint is the lack of WiFi in the rooms. Weird.

Nice hotel and staff. Room was very nice with a hammock. I was sitting on the balcony at night when a coati walked past. I had never seen one and it was so cute. There’s a whole group there. I will come back. Variety of food was nice for my all inclusive stay

Our room was clean and spacious. It was easy to get to. Our first night we had some confusion on where to eat dinner. The food wasn’t the best but we never went hungry. We loved the beach. There were always chairs open. The snorkeling here was amazing. We walked to town several days. It took about 15 minutes. The last couple of days we rented a scooter and had a great time exploring the island. The staff were always nice and helpful. We had a great time and will be back.

Overall pleasant stay at the Cozumel hotel & resort! Not the fanciest resort I’ve been to but I was there for a wedding and was able to accommodate us all and reasonably priced! It was convienent to get to and I felt safe leaving the property. Staff was very friendly and helpful! The pool was awesome! Thanks for having me!

This was a great stay for us in Cozumel. Great location, clean premises and rooms. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the entire resort was kept pristine. It is an older resort and could use a little updating, but for what we wanted, this place checked all of our boxes. The WiFi can be a little spotty at times, but that just allowed us to be in tune with each other and not staring at our phones all day. We will definitely stay here again.

Went to see the Iron Man race, great central location, but the worst All inclusive Hotel we've ever visited. And we've been to 20+ over the years, there was really only one restaurant, and it was like a Cracker Barrel , or Golden Coral at best, and expect a comfort Inn breakfast. It did have a nice omelette bar, fresh fruit, and an occasional yogurt. But that's it! Do not pay all inclusive. Eat out! The Staff was nice, did best they could. Great Snorkeling.
