2 issues but no deal breakers....

The only issues we had were the front desk service and no microwave (after I called ahead of time and was told they had them in the rooms). Stayed here 2 different times and both times requested washcloths and towels in the morning. Were told it was on the way and they never came, BOTH TIMES that we stayed there. Also it would be nice to have a microwave in the room. There is only a fridge and I was told ahead of time there was one in the room. Other than that, it was VERY CLEAN, VEEEEERY COMFORTABLE AMD CONVENIENTLY LOCATED NEAR THE EVENTS WE ATTENDED!

Valet service was very helpful , security young lady that worked Thursday and Friday was very professional and helpful as well. The housekeeping was awful dirty cover on bed upon arrival, took hours before anyone came to change them. Then the next day requested room service, never happen.

Upgrade to a suite which was iffy clean and couches tattered, stained. Shower had hair on the wall. Although located in prime area, construction on street made finding entrance tough (not the hotels fault). Bartender was inattentive. Would stay elsewhere next time in Cincinnati.
