Radisson Hotel Cincinnati Riverfront

3.5 out of 5.0

A couple of blocks walk will take you easily from looking at the Cincy skyline right into downtown Fountain Square and the streetcar system. Staff was super helpful, beds were comfortable. Rooms aren't huge, but clean and nice.

Hotel is very. Nice. Room air conditioning systems are dated and loud. Mattress was too firm for me. But room was otherwise very nice. Very clean. Staff very accommodating. This is a older hotel but has been updated. Other than items I mentioned very nice.

Completely different from what I expected. Very disappointed. It's very outdated yet we are paying a premium price for it.

The staff was excellent. We had an issue finding my reservation due to a suffix in my name, but the staff was very accommodating for the situation. Rooms we comfortable and clean. Only down side for me was that there was not a safe in the room. Not a deal breaker, but something I prefer.

This is a great location but the noise of the highway and bridge traffic travel directly to the room - I wasn't able to sleep all night as a result. This is even after asking to be moved to the other side of the hotel, the sound didn't stop.

Good experience. Free parking, plenty of restaurants.

Close to a popular bar district. Worth the money. Staff was friendly. Parking was simple.

Beds were fairly comfortable, room was ok. Needed more light in bathroom and highways outside were annoying when trying to sleep. Picked this hotel partly because I was traveling with kids and it had a pool. When we went to use it, it was so cold the kids stayed in it for about 30 seconds and we went back upstairs.

One of the best hotel experiences of my life. They could give lessons on the art of hospitality.

The hotel is very elegant and modern with wood paneled elevators, indoor pool and the 360 Restaurant on the top floor! It is just over the bridge in Covington, KY and 5 min from downtown Cincinnati. Very close to great attractions, nightlife, parks, sporting events and many food options! I will definitely look to stay at this Radisson Hotel if I'm ever back in Cincinnati, OH.

Great hotel. Road noise was excessive. Unable to resolve use of Jake breaks on semi-trucks. Great room. Clean. Comfortable bed.

Really nice hotel. Didn't like that breakfast wasn't free but other than that it was really nice.

We thought we over paid for it. It's so dirty and small room. The location is hard to get back and not good restaurants around. Our room on the site of the highway it was so noisy.

We walked less than a mile through scenic streets to the Madison Theater to see a concert, and found the Rad to be the perfect place to stay. Comfy room, panorama of the Queen City, sweet people on duty. Can't wait to go back!

Nice hotel, a little dated, but overall clean. Too close the highway and training tracks, a lot of residual noise from both. Trains were running at 3-4 am in the morning. Previous users wash cloth left in the tub!

loved the 360 degree restaurant experience though they were heavy on the butter use.

Had a great time staying in this hotel. It was close and convenient to downtown Cincy, and was a quick trip across the river to watch the game. The rooms were clean and we had a great view from one of the high floors. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

the only thing saving this hotel from getting the worst review ever is the staff. they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were aware of the nightlife and surrounding areas. their shuttle service is phenomenal and mama d was the best driver ever!!!!! the room itself was small and average. the tub kept getting clogged. the ice machine outside was broken so i was awake all night by the sound. and we were right next to the bridge...which meant being kept awake by the traffic on the bridge as well :(

Enjoyed the hotel restaurant had great customer service with a nice variety of food. Great atmosphere to relax and unwind. Overall a great place to eat and relax. Hotel was quiet an hotel staff was very friendly and courteous. I would recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

This hotel was a Radisson in name only. Horrible staff who was unfriendly and unhelpful and an old hotel in poor location

We are very sorry you were disappointed with your stay. Almost everything in the hotel has been renovated but everyone has their own taste. There are many factors that go into price not just the physical quality of the hotel. Our prices vary greatly and maybe you can give us another try when the market price is lower.

We really appreciate your business. We are very sorry the traffic noise was to loud for you. We recently added a second door to the room but everyone has a different level of noise tolerance. We appreciate your feedback and hope you try us again in the future.
