Great stay overall. Clean place, perfect location, and the management team was quick to respond whenever we called. Parking was the only downside — more space would’ve made things easier — but everything else was spot‑on. Would absolutely book again.

This was one of the best rentals I have stayed in. The property was clean and we had no issues with check in or check out. Everything described was available in the home. The location provided easy access to the beach or fishing areas. The pool is clean and maintained offering BBQ grills for outdoor cooking. This is a home we have added to our favorites list and will look to book again in the future.

Week stay

The apartment was fine. I did wish that more towels were avaliable and the basic stuff like paper towels, toilet paper, spices, cleaning supplies, and I had to change the ac air filter. I did appreciate the large ice maker though.

EXCELLENT FAMILY STAY

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first booking with Padre Escapes, the home was beautiful, and the pool was perfect for our kids. Everybody had their own space, definitely plenty of room, everything was clean. The only slight issue we ran into was the WI-FI, however management was there to help. The rental had everything you would need to live comfortably; we will book again next visit.

4/10 Poor

Budget friendly

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the home was beautiful and budget friendly. We did inquire some issues. Such as a whole dresser falling on someone due to it being unstable, and Padre Escapes fixed the issue (anchoring the dresser to the wall) but only apologized about the injuries. Having to spend money on my urgent care visit and post care back home was not on my plans. The AC unit also stopped working and it took quiet a few hours to get them to go look at it and fix it. We had to go find a cool place because the house was unbearable. Again place is really nice, big, close to the beach and great price point.

We encountered numerous plumbing issues throughout our stay in this condo. It was extremely inconvenient and we were only notified of the issues the morning of check in, which in reality was not enough notice to allow for us to book last minute at any other beach condo community and also no other condo was offered instead of the one booked. When we arrived, the dishwasher had standing water in it as well as the door was extremely hard to open. We notified maintenance but were told that the dishwasher does that and they did not resolve the issue. During our stay all sinks were slow to drain and would have stabding water in them. We did have a maintenance man come into our condo but at really late hours to TRY to fix the issue but it was never resolved and we were left with really large dehumidifiers in our bathrooms that we had to work around to use our restrooms properly. The mildew smell in the condo made a few of our kiddos sick from their nose. This condo needs to be closed for proper maintenance and major plumbing issues until they can stop putting a bandaid on the issue and actually resolve the real problem. Unit 15109!!
