Built in 2019, a beautiful townhome on North Padre Island offers a bright, coastal interior with plenty of space. 3 balconies and covered patio ensure you will have room for outside entertaining and viewing of the Gulf of Mexico. The complex offers use of a large swimming pool and covered amenity area with grill and dining tables. Whitecap Beach is less than a block away. Part of Pathway to the Sea and is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment on the island.
