We had such a wonderful stay in Sam's home! He was so easy to communicate with, which helped make for a great week! The home was spotless, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking - and being close to a grocery store (and really anything we needed) helped make it a perfect location. Everything is very walkable, so we really didn't need a car for the week in terms of getting around the city.

Comfortable ground floor apartment with well outfitted kitchen and adorable outside seating for soaking up winter sun.Feels new and Very clean even though the host had to hurry between us and the previous guest. Great location for exploring Coronado. Very walkable, grocery a block or 2 away with great off street parking. We enjoyed our stay. One con-you can hear the folks upstairs living their lives.Typical ground floor noises for the most part.

This place was fantastic!!! Very, very clean!!!Located three blocks (easy walk) from a grocery store on orange Ave and four blocks from the beach!!!. Dedicated parking space was very helpful and off the street. Towels were clean and fluffy. Electric fireplace was nice in the evenings. On site laundry was helpful and very convenient. Quiet area. I offered a few suggestions that the owner used. Kitchen is well stocked. Everything felt very new and fresh. Did I say clean?? It was very clean!!! Highly recommend!!!!

Our stay was/is fantastic! The place was very clean, updated, and modern. We live in San Diego a bit east and decided to do a staycation with our dogs. This place was great with the yard and so many places to walk them too. I always love walking in this neighborhood because of the history and beautiful smell of people's gardens. It was definitely a plus being so close to the water, grocery store, and reateraunts. I had to work for part of our staycation and the internet was amazing and the area is very peaceful. I would definitely use this stay again and highly recommend it!
