Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary Vacation Packages

Very clean rooms and common areas. Comfortable. Great pool and hot tub. Everything was wonderful for my entire stay until the last 35 min prior to check out. The housekeepers knocked on my door at 1125am when check out is 12pm. I was on a call so I said through the door that I would be out of the room in about 15 min. Then the room phone rang and it was the front desk telling me the housekeeper told her I was checking out late. I told her that I told the housekeeper that I would be out in about 15 min. , isn't check out at 12pm? It's 1130am. She said yes. I said ok l, I will be out of the room before 12pm and I was. Way to push your customers out and ruin a nice stay.

Excellent customer service and beautiful place with walkable distance to the beach and bars

The AC in our room was not working, but the hotel was gorgeous with a very friendly staff.

Great customer service and guest services. Nice resort and good food.....we will definitely be back again.....
