Although we didn't take advantage of it enough the hotel served breakfast every morning. Front desk staff awesome and very accommodating. A few times we had minor issues in our room and front desk staff would have maintenance up to our room in a matter of minutes. Minor drawback. A lot of hotel staff seemed not to know how to speak english well but front desk would let maintenance know the exact problem we were having and when they would arrive to our room we didnt need to talk that much because front desk already gave them the run down. I think hotel is in the best section of south beach. Beach 1 block away and walgreens across the street.

Beach waterfront was great. So was the view from our 9th floor suite. Room was quiet and immaculate! Staff was friendly and very courteous. My only complaint was the 25 very young kids playing Marco Polo in the pool, all day long!!! Felt like a Marriott. Will use the beach next time we visit.

Stayed here for 5 nights - they charged a daily resort fee but closed off the pool at 2 PM on NYE for their private event. If you went to the beach they make you go through a long detour through another hotel in order to get back, with lack of clear signage or staff to redirect the traffic, horrible. The maid service on NYE was horrible, didn't provide us with fresh towels or replenish the shampoo/conditiner/body wash. The price you are paying does not justify for the quality of service you are receiving.
