Breakfast was good, and the location, reception, and dining area were also satisfactory. However, the room was disappointing. The carpet had an unpleasant odor, and there was a broken iron and ironing board stored in the wardrobe. Additionally, the water pressure was very low, which made showering time-consuming. Overall, I don’t think the stay was worth the money.

This is a large hotel with a large car park. The main car park is often full but there is an overflow carpark a little bit further round the hotel. You must register your number plate with the hotel immediately as the private parking company that looks after the car park patrol frequently. The rooms are clean and tidy (a bit like a Travelodge) with a kettle and some tea /instant coffee. Nice clean bathroom and we had a superior double room which had a view out over the harbour rather than towards the city. It is well.located.for public transport and we chose to walk for 10 minutes to get the waterbus in to Copenhagen each day. We did get the Metro home a couple of times and this was easy and quite close to the hotel. The breakfast was amazing. You do have to book a time and it finishes at about 9.30am but there is a plentiful supply and it flows well even at busy times.

Nice location and very easy to get around since the bus stop is near by. Also rented a bicycle for a day which many of the main sites were not too far off. The staff was very friendly and helpful and breakfast every morning was a plus. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Three night stay

Booked the stay at this out of city centre hotel. Scandics website indicated the family rooms (2-3 occupancy) had a sea view. The room we were given was facing the busy road and large scale construction work opposite. Not able to open the window due to the noise. The area appears to be up and coming. It is well connected with a metro station, bus stop and water taxi all nearby.

The breakfast buffet was amazing. Large variety of options. The only negative about it was that we had to make a reservation. Fine if you knew you had to get up and go, but terribly inconvenient if you get up too early or are running late for your reservation on your holiday. Stayed in summer. The don't have air conditioning but do provide in room fans. That was sufficient to keep me cool. They have bicycles that you can rent for about $25 a day. The 8A line stops right in front of the hotel and the Metro is about a block away. There were a few restaurants, and a grocery store close. No refrigerator in room.

I was disappointed that the spa was not functioning. We had a long drive from Berlin and had booked the property specifically because it had a hot tub. At check-in, the host seemed quite overwhelmed- he was pleasant but overwhelmed.
