Just a two night stay, but perfect location to the northern beaches where we were visiting with family. The price was great and included a wonderful breakfast. Friendly staff who helped us many times. I could never figure out the phone and wasn't charged for my mistakes. Hotel is very close to a beautiful park, I wish we spent more time there, because summer was bursting with flowers and birds. Street parking near the hotel was easy enough to pay, but a little expensive.
The triains are very close to the rooms which did not bother us. They stop about 11:00 and bein early, but the noise to us was pleasant.......not blowing of horns, just the gentle rumble of train tracks The location is perfect. Breakfast was a surprise bonus
The hotel has an excellent localization, in front of a major station and not far from Copenhagen downtown. This is very positive. Otherwise, except the area around the reception/bar, all other dependencies of the hotel are requiring an effort to be "refreshed".
the gust room was on the basement. We have to walk a distance towards the main door of the hotel. The bathroom, the bathroom towels where not clean. We could not have a good rest because of the noise of trains.
Super poor service, took ages to serve me. And guess what I found in my room ... stained sheets. Not sure how they have missed it. Had to wait a whole hour at night to get it changed. Realised also that the service people in general, weren't that friendly. First and last for me ...
No surprises as I remember the hotel from the past. It fit with the experience of location and the facilities of the public transport to reach the main points of interest of the town. Prices are correct for the stay, the breakfast and other drinks. The staff was very heplfull.
The hotel was nice & clean. The staff was friendly & helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was very nice with comfortable bed. Short walk to shopping, restaurants, Nyhavn, Tivoli, canal boat tours, metro etc.. Would stay here again when we return to this beautiful city.
Ok beds and good breakfast. Room were a little bit worn. Try to get a room with odd number opposite from railway ex 349 Cleaning could be a little bit better though Did it's purpose for a weekend stay
Significant improvements are required to the fixtures fittings and standards in the hotel. Unfortunate noise and ability to feel the trains as the pass through the station next door. Value very poor with a high cost not matched by standards.
I stayed in Hotel Østerport for a few days. I found the staff from the receptionists to the bar staff, to housekeeping & the breakfast staff very friendly & serviceminded. The breakfast was good & the rooms neat & tidy. It is the best hotel in Copenhagen.
