The three-story hotel does not equipped with elevator, and is under-staffed, all guests have to carry their own luggage’s up and down the stairs. Obviously, rooms on the same floor as the front desk reception have the highest room rates, this is some form of rip-off, facility as such is a scam at best and doesn’t quality to stay in hospitality business.

My friends and I stayed here for our layover and it was so convenient! It’s perfectly accessible by train! It was a great choice, I’d stay here again!

The hotel was okay. Our room was very small, but clean, and with no extra amenities. Breakfast was good. The hotel is located next to the train, which is great, except IT'S NEXT TO THE TRAIN. The tracks were less than 10ft from our window, and the trains routinely woke my husband in the night. We wouldn't stay here again; but we would recommend it to the certain people.

This was our second visit to Copenhagen, but first time at this hotel. Due to several other major events in town at the same time, options were extremely limited. We felt this was the best of what was available to us in terms of price and location. It is a small space, but functional for our family of 4 (2 adults; 2 teens). Staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was fresh and convenient each morning, and the location is very accessible to the city sights. This property is right on the train tracks with a main train stop across the street. The hotel offers complimentary ear plugs in the rooms. Overall, the train noise was not a problem for us, and it was cool enough at night to sleep with the window closed to help with noise reduction. There are many positives about this hotel, but if you are a light sleeper or have issues with noise, then this is likely not the right location for you.

The room came with smart phone and was very helpful getting us out and about Copenhagen. Breakfast satisfying.

Location. It’s so close to everything. Metro and busses are just right in front of this hotel. Most tourist attractions are just minutes away by walking.

The hotel is great but I was assigned a room outside the building with a front of glass and too cold. I asked for a change but it was denied. The staff provided me a heater that it didn’t work properly.

Room was relatively clean, though there was an open, dirty snack container on the floor and no shower gel in the soap dispenser. The TV channels were disappointing, almost not worth switching the TV on. Every time a train goes by you hear it and feel the vibrations in your room. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and I actually did sleep all through the night, probably because I was so tired and took melatonin for jet lag. I wouldn't stay here again.

The hotel is located right next to a train station for suburban as well as long-distance trains. Trains come and go every few minutes, with only a very short quiet period in the middle of night. Sound sleep is next to impossible, unless you are already used to this sort of noise level. This hotel is not to be recommended.

Terrible. No elevators. Room was a stonethrow from train which every 5 minutes. No sir, put us in a room on third floor so far away with no trolly, elevator, nothing. Staff not interested in our comfort at all. Made us feel like they were doing us a favor. Really ruined our thoughts of Denmark.

They are currently renovating. It will be nice when completed. They do not have A/C and they are right off of the train station. We had to leave the window open and put up with the noise all night because it was too hot otherwise. We had booked a room for 4 adults, we were not happy that 2 of the beds were bunk beds. We ended up getting an additional room which made this hotel way too expensive.

Hotel staff was good. The 2nd floor hallway appeared to be dirty with paint through out.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. Unfortunately, our very central location next to Østerport St. also means, that some noise may occur. We hope you enjoyed your trip to Copenhagen.
