We stayed for three nights over the Easter break as it was affordable. The hotel is conveniently located, the rooms have been newly refurbished and were very clean. However the staff were not the most friendly people we met during our stay. The bed was comfortable but we had two single duvets for a double bed. No tea and coffee facilities in the rooms. Overall it was OK, you just get what you have paid for.
It was a normal stay. It is not a hotel I would remember with anything. The location is perfect, the staff are willing to help. It is a bit strange that the hotel goes downstairs instead of up. And my biggest problem was that there was no good lightning in my room. I had to count on two desk lamps and the bathroom lamp .
Really convenient location as right by Osterport station and so approx 30 minutes from Airport. Currently being renovated but did not affect our stay. Friendly staff and reasonably priced, would return. Also nice to be slightly out of centre as we got to explore more of Copenhagen.
Central to train station Clean and nice, pleasant staff Fair price, easy check in check out, but I dont like to have to describe with more than 200 characteres and using my time afterwards. So please stop to claim essays to describe a overnight stay. Otherways I will never ansvar a survey again
Bit dubious by comments saying it was noisy but despite being a light sleeper no problem. Got 3 nights for the price of 2 making it excellent value. Breakfast very good with loads of choice and included in the price. Bedroom needed a makeover which is presently being done. Would be happy to return
If you are just looking for a place to rest/get ready to explore Copenhagen, then this place is good. The train station "Osterport" is across the road outside of the hotel which is really handy. There are also bikes to rent. The staff are lovely and bar area is very nice. When we were visiting, the hotel was going through an extensive renovation - Our room was at the back of the hotel at the side where the trainline is. The room was clean. The trainline does make the room noisy (which didn't bother us) - however, I can see that this might be a problem for light sleepers so stay clear if this is you.
The Hotel is conveniently located next to Østerport S-train station and within walking distance of a number of companies in Copenhagen. The rooms have a good size and all you need for a stay in Cph. Breakfast is available at the hotel, however for dinner one have to visit one of the restaurants in Copenhagen, many of them within walking distance from the hotel.
In and out fast and good breakfast IF you have sleepingproblems seek other hotel. It takes one Night to get used to the noice. Use earplugs. Good breakfast! Nice place conmfotable soffas to relax in! Rekommendation is good!
This nice little hotel is conveniently located in Copenhage, ,approx 20 minutes fron the airport . the staff is very helpful and there are many places to visit or shop withing walking-distance. Though there is no fancy deocoraton or amenities, this hotel has enough to stay comfortably. Though it is literally on the train station, the noise level is very low. Recommended for business but also family.
I was in this part of Copenhagen with work this time. This hotel was chosen by chance, partly because of its location but, primarily, because of its price! Not only was it great for where I needed to be but, as a bonus, it's also excellent for the touristy things like the Little Mermaid and the Tivoli Gardens. Plus, it's perfectly situated for the railway and a direct link with the airport. OK, the rooms are basic (you could get 4 people in mine) but they are well kept, comfortable and more than adequate for most needs.
