The room was nice. Although, we had miscommunication with the receptionist at check-in, causing us to miss the breakfast hours that we had paid upfront for. We don’t know whether this was a language barrier or staff being unaware of their own hours, but it was unfortunate to have lost out on the breakfast and the money we spent on it!

We loved the location. The room was comfortable - albeit tight quarters, but very practical and, as expected, very well designed. Amazing hotel on top of the heartbeat of Copenhagen. Right on the canal in Ny Havn. Got in very early (4 hours) got me in early at 12( check in is at 1500) mainly just to sleep as we were out and about the whole time. But close to everything. Will come back to only this hotel in the future.
