Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers

Needed a room in Copenhagen due to a layover. This hotel fit the bill well, as we couldn't get into the Clarion. Nice stay overall.

The Service was more than Excellent. They helped us find a lost wallet in the city

Hotel entrance is a little hard to find. It's not facing the main road. Even it's close enough to the metro station, but it's still some walk to the hotel reception. Other than that the hotel is very convenient for catching the morning flight.

A little pricey, but good hotel. The staff did not look very willing to help with luggage.

Very nice hotel with knowledgeable staff. Staff gets things done in a hurry. Since you are a ways from town, transportation becomes a hassle. Riding the metro is not a problem. Our biggest problem was the lack of a restaurant in the hotel with a variable menu. They're breakfast is as good as you will find, but a night meal was hard to come by.

Very nice hotel good location near walking areas and restaurants in Copenhagen. Watch out for the bike riders!

Although the the hotel was under construction it was still an enjoyable Stay

Location and free shuttle bus to airport was great. Most hotels in Denmark include breakfast, so for a 4 star hotel to charge an extra $30 per person for breakfast was very steep, considering the room was over $200 per night. By being a very green hotel, it lacked some information that would be nice to have, which most hotels offer such as a book/binder listing hotel amenities – numbers to call for front desk, room service, room service menu, how to dial from room to room, shuttle bus schedule, etc. Use of neighboring health club provided, but not informed to take with a towel or money, as towels were not provided but could be rented. For shuttle to airport, you need to list to beforehand. We checked out at noon and asked about the 12:40 shuttle, was told it was full and could either take a taxi or wait for the 1:10 shuttle. We took our chances and went out for the 12:40 shuttle, there were more then 10 open seats, they did not check names, the driver was very nice and told us he had room, so we did get on the 12:40 shuttle. Overall the hotel's location and convenience to the airport was great, the staff I'm sure felt they were providing information, but it just seemed that the information was not easily forthcoming and you had to know what questions to ask to find out what you needed to know.

Near metro/train and a good size mall. Staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. Room is super comfortable. Good location is your focal point is airport, but if you want to be in center of activity it's a metro ride away. Metro/train is 5 min away, good location to make connections.

Beat all expectations. Super comfortable and great staff.

Nice clean great hotel. If you are catching a flight from Copenhagen good business hotel

Great location...close to the airport free transfers to the airport..hotel was very nice

The Hotel was very comfortable and the staff service was as good as it can get. We will stay there again.

The hotel, although close to the airport, is a bit far from everything else unless you have a car. We did not! Breakfast was a fabulous buffet but was not included in the price of the room. The cost wasn't listed anywhere and no one gave us a clue, that it would be over $30 US each. YIKES I don't like surprises!

We stayed here the night before flying out of Copenhagen and wished we had booked more nights. For the price compared to other hotels, it was a great location and value. It was close to the train, metro, mall with grocery store and restaurants. The staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Very impressive, new, modern, clean hotel. Large rooms with extra workspace. Overlapping, room darkening drapes and many other amenities like this.. 5 minutes from airport with free shuttle. Metro stop is a 5 minute walk from hotel, but there is no connection to the line on the downtown side of the canal. Large shopping mall is across from the metro stop. Limited menu at hotel restaurant, but adequate when hungry.

For Denmark, I found this hotel to be an excellent value.

We stayed during the last few days of 2013. The hotel is outside of Copenhagen but a quick Metro ride into town and very easy to navigate. There is a huge mall within a two minute walk which is an added bonus. It's a new hotel and the rooms were very spacious and the food is pretty good at the restaurant bar. The free wifi and shuttle to the airport is great but it is also a quick Metro ride as well. Really no complaints and the staff was extra attentive to our toddler (heated up babyfood, provided a high chair and a treat bag). Only downside - The gym is small and on the final day of our stay, the room was not cleaned. We requested the service and although they did attend after contacting the front desk, it was limited to change of towels and the bed being made. They left the garbage and room service trays, did not leave any coffe remplacement or soap etc. It was New Year's eve so I guess staff get a pass on this one. All in all, no complaints would stay again.

The hotel was great including the food in the bar. The Danish smorbrod was delicious. Our only complaint was the late departure of the free shuttle. Our flight left at 6:55 so we had to take a taxi when we were counting on a shuttle. The taxi arrived within 5 minutes of our request so all was not lost.

We chose this hotel because of the location to the airport and free airport shuttle and ease of access to local transportation. It was a quiet hotel, nice amenities and friendly staff who all spoke excellent English. It was across the street from the train and metro so we were able to travel into the city center easily. The hotel and restaurant were expensive but as we found out, Copenhagen is just expensive!
