Nice average hotel. Our thermostat didn’t work which kept the heat on, but maintenance came quickly to get the issue resolved. Not a big deal…things happen and they took care of it. Be aware of the EV charging stations. Good news is the are complimentary to guests. Bad news is the have 3 chargers sharing a 48 amp circuit. So you could get a decent charge if only one is being used, but in our case all 3 were in use and we were only pulling 2kw most of the night. That wasn’t too helpful.

Fire alarm went on and on for hours. Fire Department came and all was well, but the front desk didn’t have the proper code to turn it off. “Management is almost never here on weekends.” Had to dispatch an alarm tech after finally reaching management. Alarm was blaring in excess of 2 hours

Staff was wonderful easy check in and checking out was perfect. Air conditioning was good and very refreshing. The gym was clean and looked very comfortable for those who were exploring the gym they also had a pool by the gym. The rooms were very clean and very comfortable will stay there when we go back to conway.
