The overall property was good, but what was lacking was the rooms were in need of a deep cleaning. Especially was the bathroom in need of cleaning.

Great breakfast & very clean property. No housekeeping in our two day stay. RoomKey issues the 2nd day which meant some up and down time taken during a time sensitive trip. Would definately stay again though.

Front desk worker was very rude to children and didn’t look or act happy about being at work towards everyone.

I like the location and the price of the rooms I been there a few times now. I will come back. This was the first time staying that I had a problem with bed bugs in the room. The woman working at the counter moved me to a suite which was very nice.

Great place. Very clean, very quiet and staff friendly. I travel a lot for business and this has been by far one of the best hotels I've stayed in in the past 6 months!!!

The front desk help was extremely friendly and seemed happy to see you when checking in.

The room had a musty odor and was not vacuumed well, there were crumbs of some type around the bed. I will not recommend them for anyone.

Breakfast was bad and made me sick Selection was ok

I had problems with the WiFi. Staff were sympthatic but unable to help much. Later that morning I was able to get on. This was annoying, esp for biz travel.

We picked this hotel because we had stayed there six months earlier and completely enjoyed it. Unfortunately that experience was not to be replicated. When we arrived at our room (214) it smelled like mold and mildew. My wife went to the restroom and asked if my son or I had used one of the towels already. We replied no! There was a used face towel already on the sink. We were willing to overlook these two things (towel and smell). I lay down awaiting our two daughters to get there so we can go have dinner. After returning to the room from dinner, we find bed bugs on our bed. My wife immediately goes to the front desk to inform the staff and the guy asks, "bed bugs, how do you know its bed bugs?". We take one down to him and he says, "its almost dead".During this time we find them on the second bed and the sofa bed as well. The night clerk did offer to exchange our room for another one. The only one available had only 1 bed and a couch. We did not find any bugs during our initial inspection of the second room, but the thought was too much to handle. So we left and went elsewhere.

Enjoyed our stay - will stay there next trip! Breakfast was good!

Nice new hotel in a great location. Overall a very nice hotel. Only drawback was thin walls. You could hear everything from the next room. Good breakfast and coffee in the morning and a nice fitness room.

We had a wonderful experience. The staff was very good to help with anything that was needed and the room and bathroom were very clean!!
