Stopped in Conway after a long days drive. Had a little trouble finding it, no thanks to GPS, but once we did we were very happy. Frank and Kari were very friendly and helpful in getting us settled in. Great price, great room. I can't say enough. Always look for a CI&S when on the road, they're like home.
My daughters and I were traveling in the Conway and found this wonderful hotel. Clean rooms and great customer service! Breakfast is hot and fresh each morning. The parking lot is large and well lit. ❤️❤️
I love staying here! The staff is so helpful and nice, the room is awesome and I my kids love the indoor pool! We stay here a lot and we always have a great time. Breakfast is great and we also have parties in the meeting rooms.
Danny was great and called personally to offer an upgrade to a king suite. Which I enjoyed. I had quite a lot of down time so it was nice to have the room to spread out a bit. The room was very clean and comfortable. Just above the pool so there was some extra noise but nothing turning on the fan in the bedroom couldn’t drown out. Very easy drive to Hendrix College and Historic Downtown area. Lots of shops and food nearby.
We spent the night of 1-13-18 at Country Inn and Suites in Conway, Arkansas. I initially thought we might spend another night there soon because we will be in the same area in less than a week. Although I was not impressed in general when I checked in, it was only for the night, so I thought all would be well. When I walked into the room, it was hot. I tried to adjust the temperature setting on the heat, but nothing changed. Because I was headed out for an event, I left hoping it would be cooler when I returned, and it was. The next morning, my husband found a dirty coffee pot and an unwrapped coffee cup placed among the stack of cups. In addition, there was no hot water, so my husband called to alert the desk. The clerk said he would turn on the reset button. He also asked if we had called in earlier, and we had not. Because we had booked through a third party, he did not offer compensation for that bill. He said the manager would call us within an hour of our departure, which never happened. Needless to say, we will not be staying there again at all. I would strongly suggest you stay elsewhere unless you enjoy dirty coffee cups and cold showers.
The complementary breakfast in the morning was fantastic, best I’ve ever had. The check in and check out was also the fastest I experienced! Room was clean and updated. Indoor pool was a plus for our girls.
Nice hotel for the economy price. The bed was comfortable and the room seemed clean. The breakfast was typical stuff. I liked that they gave you real plates and cups and not paper plates. Most of the staff was quite friendly. I will stay here again on my next trip through the area.
We travel often and stay at different inns suites and hotels on a weekly basis. And this one had the nicest staff I have had the pleasure of dealing with. They checked us in writhing less than 10 minutes and made sure we had everything we needed. The young lady working there was just a seeetheart. The pool was very clean and well kept. As was the entire place in a whole.
Lobby makes a great impression and desk staff is welcoming and friendly. Pool was clean but a bit cold. our room was fine and beds were comfy. I really feel the climate control system needs to be modernized though: it was extra noisy, blew either very hard and loud or not at all, and didn’t maintain the temp very well. The controls are partially covered by stickers which is weird. Our room 421 had a lot of ballpoint pen scribbles on the wall about 2’ high so looks like a toddler did some “artwork” at some point- would be nice to see that painted or at least cleaned off with a magic eraser. The elevator floor was pretty grimy but no big deal. Extremely reasonable and comfortable place for a quick overnight road trip stay. Many good restaurants to choose from within 5min drive.
Centrally located, the stafff was friendly and helpful, especially Vic who took good care of us. Stores and restaurants within walking distance. Easy to get to sine they are just off I40. We will stay there again,
