Late night check-in was easy thanks to Cain F. (Very friendly, helpful and welcoming night clerk!) Accommodations were simple, yet clean. A/C had some issues. Breakfast was very good. Overall a nice stop. Price was average for this chain.

Stayed there in August. Got there late without a reservation and the front desk was great. Room very nice and clean. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. Typical Holiday Inn Express fare. But there was a lady named Diana who was typically a housekeeper who was working in there that morning. Exceptionally nice and helpful. She was a wonderful representative for the hotel. Two days later i realized my Ipad was missing. Called the hotel and they had found it and secured it until our return through Conway.

Wife and I stopped at this property for one night. Its a little tricky to get to it from the interstate. Even the GPS was a little confused. But not hard. Was recognized at check in as a Rewards member. Quick check in. Our king room was cool and clean. Had a fridge. But if you want a King room with a bath tub, they don't offer one at this property. Something to keep in mind. They do have rooms on there 4th floor that have little balconies to go out on. Standard Express breakfast. Good. Hot. More food then a person could ever need. Pool and hot tub were down while we were there. Encountered one problem while we were there, but it did get resolved. The hotel is walking distance to several stores and restaurant's.

The hotel is conveniently located from the highway. But, it's tricky when exiting the highway from 1-40 coming from west going east because you see the hotel to the left on the exit, but actually you have to go right in order to go left. Other than that tricky part, I would say everything else was really great. In fact, go into the Walmart Supercenter and it's accessible through the back of that parking lot, which is what I ended up doing twice. Plenty of parking. Right near Hendrix College. Lots of restaurant choices. Free breakfast was good (biscuits and gravy hit the spot). And the room was oversized and fit five of us. The cost was great (less than $100) and the service was pretty decent from the front desk. I would know since I asked for 3 extra sheets and one extra blanket. I appreciate you being loaded up front with those. I used the pool with my son and daughter, and it was nice. Not too smelly and the pool has a rinse shower and bathroom which was nice. The patio outside of the pool looked relaxing. And the workout room was good. They don't let youth aged 13 or below go to workout room on their own, so I had to go with my son there. Not sure if that's a good policy or not...but I am fine with it. There wasn't much recognition of being a rewards member, which would have been nice (only elite members recognized?). And, the system seemed to have problems when we were checking in, but didn't affect us because we booked in advance and they already had our stuff ready to hand off when we arrived. The AC is a window unit-type so a little dated, but it got cool quick. Bathroom was fine, and the TV channels were easy to navigate. If you go to Conway, this is a nice hotel choice.

The hotel is very clean and modern. The location is great. It is down a street off of one of the main roads in Conway. This gives you great access to the rest of the city, but the area is still quiet and not too busy. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We did have an issue with our room after the first night, but the front desk attendant was quick to switch us to a new room. Rooms were very clean. The breakfast had a great selection.

Our daughter goes to college in Conway and we went up to see her and stayed at this hotel. I was an amazing stay, Angela at the front desk was GREAT!!!! The whole staff was very courteous and helpful. It was such a good experience that we booked the same room for the next weekend. This will defiantly be the hotel that we stay when going to Conway.

Angela E checked us in and she was top notch. I travel frequently and she was in the top 5 of reception staff I have ever dealt with. The breakfast room and selection was very good. Everyone acted as a professional that I encountered. The hotel is well kept and managed. The rooms are clean. The hotel feels like it was remodeled recently as carpet in hallways looked new.

Waited 15 minutes in lobby for desk help to arrive to check us in. Room smelled musty. Bed linens were touch and itchy. Wifi did not work. I travel to Conway often. Will stay at another hotel in the future. Terrible experience with a brand you expect more of.

The only negative was that the cleaning staff left a used bar of soap wrapped up in a piece of tissue on the bathroom counter. I'm sure it was a minor oversight; but overall, it was a good hotel experience. I would stay here again.

As usual, Holiday Inn Express in Conway, lived up to the excellent customer services I've come to expect from the hotel chain. Angela had handled an issue for me the day before regarding my room rate. Both Angela and Kaitlyn were quick to take care of me when I arrived. The overall experience was extremely positive and enjoyable!
