We had a pretty good stay. The lobby is very nice, the staff very kind and helpful and fast, and the room was very nice. We had issue with a smell in the bathroom, and blinking light in there, as well. We also had trouble with the pillows, which were like half-filled as seen on TV "My Pillows." We only had 1 night there, and were gone to a wedding for most of the day. I bet they would have tried to fix the problems had we asked them to, but we didn't have time during the day and were too exhausted at night to even try. If we had stayed longer, we would have asked them for help with those problems. With those 3 fixes, this hotel would be great.
Whenever we go to the Tomball area, we stay at this hotel. The rooms are always clean and in good condition. The staff is very helpful and the hotel is close to many different restaurants, so you can eat at a variety of places. The price is reasonable for the quality received.
Thanks to a great staff for making us feel welcome! Bob is always courteous, friendly and professional! My only recommendation is get larger tv’s. Rooms are great, clean and comfortable! We always stay here when we are in the area!
Like the title says, although property is nice the staff are the real stars here. Everyone to a person front, housekeeping, breakfast host are the best. I have stayed here 6 times totaling 20 days and each time I find a different person but with the same high level of quality. Stay here you won’t regret it.
Great value stay for any business traveler. Very nice staff that will meet any need. I travel for work and this facility was recommended for the school. This has since become my go-to hotel that fills the bill for my personal travel. My family now uses this group of hotels.
Great location to see sites and visit family living in Tomball. We drove to NASA, went to the movies at Regency Theater which was near here that had pick your seats and recliners. Very plush. We ate down the street at Poco's Friday night is Rib eye steak special. Very tasty.
I was in town for business and found the hotel to be situated in a very convenient location with many restaurants in walking distance. The staff was so friendly and AMAZING. My room was large and very clean. I will definitely return next time I am in the area. I had stayed at other hotels in the area previously and my experience at this property was much better.
I stayed at this Hampton Inn for over a month. From the day I got out there to the day I left, the hospitality was above and beyond anything I ever expected I’m not sure where to start ...Diane and Kendall and Cyndee and Bob, Laura and the general manager Raymond. I hope I did not forget anybody because each and every person at the front desk and the managers went out of their way to make me feel at home. Teddy the Maintenance man was always on spot. Nita and Marisol we’re always running to keep the breakfast area clean, They always were doing a great job on breakfast. Many hotels have the same breakfast every day, this hotel staff changes it up every day. I also need to mention Hillary she is just a gem as well as the rest of them. Outside of the amazing hospitality my room was spotless. Having allergies I requested to have any feathers removed even asked to have the carpet cleaned because of my allergies. It was done and prepared immediately. I have to say kudos to the general manager at Raymond. His staff respects him, it is a very smooth running hotel and I think it is due to his abilities and personality in hospitality. If you’re looking for a hotel to stay at what it’s for the Renaissance in a little bit outside of Houston this is a perfect family and business orientated place to be. I look forward to going back .
Our room (224) was spacious with a comfortable bed and plenty of amenities and towels, The room had a king bed but the lay out was somewhat different with a large desk in the middle of the room separating the sofa from the bed. Good blackout curtains. My only complaint (and there is no way to get around this) was if you needed to use the bathroom while your partner was sleeping you had no choice but to turn on the light which was also connected to a loud fan. The staff was excellent and always smiling. Breakfast was certainly one of the better I have had at a hotel. I would give this hotel an A+
when i book a Hilton property, i expect them to meet the standards of the Hilton name. This property fell short from the start. 1. at check in , my digital key was activated, the room was a 1 bed room 403, needed 2 beds, clerk moved us to 417. that was good.. but my digital key was still activated to 403. I told the lady of at the front desk of this problem. She stated they would get on it. All that night i could open the room. the next morning I was still able to unlock the door to to 403. I brought this to their attention several times but it did not seem to bother them. this means that at any time I could have opened up somebody else's Room. On Saturday morning while my daughter and I were getting dressed we heard our door unlock. Nobody attempted to come in but it's obvious that their security measures here are very lax and it is very dangerous. Lives or property can be lost. 2. There were your and stains all around the base of the toilet and mold inside the shower. If I were staying at some cheap roadside motel I would expect to find us. But not at a property that carries the Hilton name . 3. food at breakfast was "ok" except Even though it wasn't very busy they were constantly running out of things, and the fruit was rotten and we found packets of Salsa that were moldy. Pink nail polish was on one of the bananas. see pics.
