New and Clean hotel and room. My room had a queen bed and a kitchen with a full size fridge. The sofa bed was nice with extra sheets in the closet. The continental breakfast was excellent and included eggs (boiled and scrambled). Overall nice amenities. The only thing not up to standard were the pillows - looked large but went flat very quickly; some firm pillows would be good.
I sent my guest to this hotel despite having a difficult time with them a few weeks earlier when the guest had to cancel due to a death in her family. The previous reservation was replaced with another guest but the hotel refused to release the reservation for the guest that had the family tragedy. I took the high road and let it go but I think it was not very nice of them to keep our money considering the situation.
I found hair in my bath tub when bathing. When I asked to have my room deep cleaned, they refused to do it. There is no daily housekeeping at this hotel despite the prices they charge at standard hotel rates.
This hotel was wonderful. We had everything we needed; refrigerator, stove top, pleanty of room. They even had appitazers with drinks after a long tired day!
