Boutique suite in Historic Downtown Columbus, Indiana

Upstairs boutique suite featuring 2 bedrooms plus a room with a trundle bed. Fully stocked kitchen with Keurig and supplied coffee pods. Relaxing living room with wifi and most streaming services. Dining room. Bathroom has claw foot bathtub to soak or shower in. Balcony with two chairs to sit and watch the passer byers. This suite is located close to the library, is in the historic district of Columbus, and is walkable to downtown shops and restaurants. This suite is not handicapped capable and no pets are allowed.
The first Mayor of Columbus, Smith Jones, built the house in 1860. Then in 1930 another mayor of Columbus, Karl Volland bought the house. He turned it into a two family home, as it is configured today.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a sofa bed, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
