Eric was very helpful. I had a problem come up that was unrelated to the Hotel room, but rather parking specific. He was able to assist me with it and it was very much appreciated. When the folks at the front desk are able to resolve problems for you, it makes you feel like you are valued as a customer. I cannot say enough about that. Eric was top notch! As for the stat itself, the room was very nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is great because you are right next to the highway and there’s a Tim Hortons about 2 minutes down the road. There’s also a McDonalds a CircleK and a BK within walking distance. Overall, I’d rate it 10 out of 10 for all those reasons.

Pros: The hotel was very clean and modern. It had amenities to prepare some meals in the room (complete with stove and dishwasher) but you would have to bring in all the supplies, including salt and paper towels. Still a pretty good offer for an apartment style hotel. Cons: It felt like you could hear every step the people above us were making and at times the tv in the adjacent room but not too bad. We did have to cut shot a meeting we had to check out. The first time I have ever been denied a 45 minutes extension. (No sir! No staying in! declared the front office staff)

Had to have an unexpected surgery and an early morning trip from south Alabama was not an option. This is my first stay at an StayAPT and it will not be the last.. Will look for these kind of accommodations elsewhere when we travel.

Very clean property. We arrived in the afternoon to see if early check-in was possible and were grateful that it was. First approach, the doors said to use the other entrance, so I stepped to the next which was also locked, and a gentleman opened the door and told me to wait in the next area, which I did. I was initially assigned a room and then he decided to move us over one room due to a baby, which I found odd. Tonight when we returned there were about 8 teenagers outside our door. It is now 9:15 and very noisy with yelling and music bumping and blaring in the initial room that we were assigned, next door. The hotel is very clean, but the overall experience has been awkward.

Interactions and services provided were respectful and the overall impression was positive. Management was available to immediate needs and resolving issues which in my case a tv not working in the bedroom area. Efficiency and consistency best described. Check in was simple. No disturbance.
