The Dinglewood Castle An Unparalleled Experience

Feel like royalty in our one-of-a-kind Midtown castle! Our six bedroom, four bathroom home delivers on style, comfort, and location! Enjoy coffee at Midtown Coffee (a local favorite) just a half-mile away! A 5-minute drive will take you to family friendly Lake Bottom Park, the Coca-Cola Space Science Center, and the National Civil War Museum. Fort Benning is a quick 20-minute drive with easy access to the highway. We hope to get the opportunity to host you!



The Space:

Upon entry, you'll be greeted by a 26' high wood-vaulted ceiling, stone walls, winding staircase & ornate details. The main level features an open living room with two oversized sectionals and a large flat-screen TV complete with Roku. The main level also boasts a full kitchen with brand NEW double oven and gas cooktop. Tons of windows and natural light shine into the kitchen making cooking an enjoyable experience. Sliding glass doors open to a patio. A giant formal dining room with two large tables can accommodate the most sizable families. The main level bedroom is the king bed master suite with a private bath and walk-in closet. Ascending the gorgeous staircase to the home's upper level, guests will enjoy two generously sized bedrooms that share a Jack and Jill bathroom.

In our home's lower level, you'll find ample room for entertaining and another full bathroom. Sleeping options are abundant, with two more bedrooms and a small seating area with a twin over full bunk bed as well as a sleeper sofa.

The walk-out basement provides guests access to our fantastic yard with mature trees and landscaping, which give a sense of privacy.

Most of us will never know what it is like to be royalty, but if you stay with us, you might feel like it. We look forward to hosting you!

Guest Access:

The house has a digital keypad at the back door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

Located in Midtown Columbus, this home is perfectly situated to explore 18 different historic neighborhoods! Easy access to the highway and within 5 minutes to grocery, restaurants, nightlife, and more!



Getting Around:

Our home is located in a residential area, so driving is recommended; however, Uber and Lyft are readily available. The carport can fit up to 2 cars and an additional 3 can fit in the driveway.

Our team has over 8 years of experience hosting guests in this market. Due to a recent transition in management, we had to create new listing profiles, which means our previous reviews didn’t transfer—but our systems, service, and standards absolutely did.

**ABOUT THIS HISTORIC HOME**

Many of the homes we manage in Columbus are historic and full of character—something guests love when visiting for Fort Benning graduations, family trips, or extended stays. Many of these homes are also owned by military and veteran families, which makes hosting guests visiting the area especially meaningful to us.

With that charm comes a few natural quirks, such as creaky floors, older windows that may allow slight temperature variation, and original plumbing systems that require a bit of care. **THE KITCHEN OUTLETS DO NOT WORK EXCEPT FOR ONE - which is located behind the microwave!**

We’ve taken great care to ensure the home is clean, comfortable, and fully guest-ready—while preserving the character that makes it special. If you’re looking for a brand-new home, this may not be the best fit, but if you appreciate charm and a unique stay, you’ll feel right at home.

***Note: we only have space to park a maximum of 4 vehicles, three in the carport and one near the front door. Please keep this in mind if you are going to book our home, and reach out if you have any additional questions!



We require a signed rental agreement and for the guest to be 21 years of age to book.



If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.



Interaction with Guests:

We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
