Welcome to our beautifully updated historic house, a delightful blend of classic charm and modern convenience! Located in the vibrant Short North district, you'll be just steps away from trendy shops, art galleries, and fantastic dining options. Plus, with three rare offset parking spaces, you’ll have the ease of parking in this bustling area.

Built in the 1880s, this home was recently extensively renovated and boasts spacious, luxurious bathrooms and a massive kitchen for entertaining.
The space
PRIME LOCATION! Just steps from High Street and walking distance to the Convention Center, Arena District, OSU Stadium. Not only is everything walkable, but the property also includes three free off-street parking spots behind the house.

Large kitchen and dining area makes it great for a large group! Three large full bathrooms make it easy for everyone to get ready.


Please Note: We are currently renovating the front porch, however this will have no impact on your stay.
