Good beds, sheets, leather sofa. Downstairs TV .. however NOT COMPLETELY UPDATED. Downstairs bathroom door wouldnt close at all, closet doors falling off ( some closets had no doors) no glassware, dish towels in kitchen only 4 coffee mugs. Home needs some work. However it met our needs. Some backyard furniture would be nice. Owner was quick to respond to questions.

The only thing that I didn’t like was the neighbors signs I guess they must’ve had some bad experiences but I think the signs send a bad message to the tenants and I think they should be made to take them down.Everybody is not bad !!!

Location was great, very nice neighborhood and very quiet, house was clean. Only thing would have been nice to have a washer and dryer :) Maybe a couple more cooking pans and a grill would have been great :) but overall, we enjoyed the stay at your place. Thank you!

I was satisfied.
I’ll start with a good. Mattresses were in good condition, what I consider to be the most important item. The house was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Nice Keurig coffee maker with coffee provided. Suggestions for the owner. Use some of the income to upgrade the carpet. Paint the basement. Put clean mattress protection pads on the beds.
