I was surprised to be charges $100 deposit in case of room damage instead of them just keeping my card on file for this. Now I have to wait 2-3 weeks to get it refunded. Other than this it was a good stay.

The room was clean. There was no unpleasant odor in the building like some hotels have. There was a hot breakfast available as well as cereal and yogurt among other choices.

When I booked online and paid in full it said “amount due at check in, zero”. When we arrived we were charged a $100 deposit, that “should” be refunded in 10 days. The bathroom could’ve been cleaner, and there were dirty towels under the bathroom sink. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable, the bed was terrible. It was hard and we both woke up multiple times during the night and in the morning in terrible pain. People in the hallway were extremely loud until late at night. We could hear yelling and cussing, kids running at all hours.
