Designed with families, friends, and four-legged companions in mind, this peaceful getaway offers the perfect balance of comfort, nature, and entertainment.

Surrounded by trees, open skies, and a tranquil pond, the property invites guests to slow down and reconnect with the outdoors. Spring in Brown County brings fresh green forests, birdsong in the mornings, and ideal weather for exploring the trails and enjoying time outside.

Arriving at the home is simple and stress-free with ground-level entry and convenient keypad check-in, making it easy to unload and settle in right away.

Inside, the open-concept main level welcomes you with high ceilings, large windows, and warm modern-rustic design. Natural light fills the space while forest views create a relaxing backdrop throughout the home. The home comfortably sleeps up to six guests across three private bedrooms. Two guest rooms feature plush queen beds, forest-facing windows, and Smart TVs for quiet evenings. The spacious primary suite offers a king bed, cozy reading nook, walk-in closet, and a spa-inspired bathroom with dual vanities and a relaxing soaking tub.

Listing completely accurate. Inside of house is actually than the pictures show. Made for a very comfortable Thanksgiving with family. All the touches for dogs were great - our min pin loved the little dog bed, the treats, and the toys. She wouldn't even play with her own toys. She loved having all the indoor space to run around. The special touches added by the host were also great - Christmas decorations, cocoa bar, homemade salsa & snack box and treats. Definitely recommend!!

This is far and away the most well-appointed VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen had good quality pots, pans, utensils, and gadgets. There was even a cocoa bar and other treats awaiting us when we arrived. The beds were super comfortable. The bathrooms were spotless, and they even had hydrating face masks available. The game room had a ton of great board games and a pool table that we enjoyed. The hot tub was also extremely clean and protected from the elements, so we even spent time in it while it was raining. The fire pit was also a great place to gather. The hole was lovely and full of fun decorative touches. They had dog beds and bowls and kennels available for the canines in our group. It was a quick drive over to the state park and Nashville. And the host was highly responsive. Any questions we messaged them were answered right away! We loved it and would definitely stay there again!

My family came together to celebrate a 70th birthday and we thought the best gift would to be to have all of us kids under one roof all at the same time. We use VRBO several times a year but this house has beat every other place we have ever stayed in. Communication was quick, easy, and reliable. Location of the property is beautiful and the perfect distance from everything. The area is clean, quiet, well kept, and safe. The house itself was perfect, the complete home. Dog friendly, all age friendly, and had everything you would have in your own home. We were shocked by all the things stocked and available for use from the kitchen to bathrooms to cleaning supplies. The design of the house is perfect for family to spend time together. We plan on returning in the fall.

Weekend Hiking

The property is beautiful. Friday we used the fire pit, basketball hoop, and our kids rode their electric scooters around the property. Saturday we were about 15 min. From shops and Brown county state park so we enjoyed that. The horse riding was closed at the state park so we went to Grandpa Jeff’s horse ride and it was a great adventure. The house is very clean. It had a lot of supplies like: firewood, any kitchen items you needed. Towels, hair dryer, etc. we would definitely return.

My wife and I met our daughter, son-in-law, and infant granddaughter to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. First off, the communication with Marisa was exceptional. It was as good as I have experienced with any VRBO. Second, the home and amenities were terrific. Clean and had everything you’d would need and more. We had a terrific weekend, and we all loved the accommodations, My daughter brought her dog, and the dog amenities were terrific also.
