It was really close to where we needed to be. The price was reasonable and we figured out why as soon as we pulled in. The parking lot coming in was riddled with potholes. Theres a train track directly behind and you heard the train all hours of the day and night. People walking the tracks . Witnessed a few checking the doors on vehicles in the parking lot. The room was dirty there was debri on the floors the body waah was empty they never replinished it ,water damage to the wall the tv was on , hardly any channel would come in on the tv . We had 4 guests they gave us 3 towels and 2 wash rags. Everytime you would ask for another towel they would say ask in the morning or they were drying. Put a do not disturb sign up they came into the room anyway and took only 2 of the 3 used towels and emptied 2 of the 3 trash cans and didn't put a bag back in one of them. We stayed 4days 3nights our check in was 4pm and check out at 11am but online it said check out was 1130. It also said 100 deposit and they only charged 50. The discription didnt mention a pool however the photos showed one, when we got settled in we found the pool was filled and covered by a smokers canopy.

The desk clerk need to disclose that their is a deposit of $50 to pay at check-in it is not listed through the app and I have explained that to him. Overall the stay was horrible and I would not recommend to anyone booking this hotel.

In bad part of town. Noisy. Dont go walking to the gas station after dark. Especially white ladies. The other guests did not care they were extremely loud and obnoxious. Little babies wandering the hall. Crazy

Room was dirty. Complained to staff, they went in to ‘clean,’ but really did little to nothing to clean it properly (dirty was behind the doors and under desk). Staff gave me attitude as well. Room had broken curtain hooks, mold under the sink, baby centipedes crawling and the hotel had an overall smell similar to that of a turtle tank.

It's just too many bad things. Start with getting into the elevator. Elevator walls are bad. The room floors was dirty with paint. How do you make up the bed and dont see the dust and floors haven't been swept and months. The tiles dust is still on the floor in the bathroom from when the tiles was installed. I didn't want my feet to touch the floors. I made the complaint to the front desk. The young ladies didn't have a response why the room was not clean properly.

So sad—and I had high hopes.

I arrived late and it took a minute to get checked in. The smell in the room was very bad. Mildew covered many areas of the bathroom and the room. I have pictures. On top of that, there were dead roaches on the floor. Because I got in late and I had to leave so early I did not bother going to the desk. Since it took so long to get checked in I did t want to risk not getting any sleep. The place LOOKED ok, but was not very well maintained.

Ants in the bed room 224

I stayed in room 224 where when I woke up I found a family of ants on the inside of my sheets. I called front desk and the clerk wasn’t concerned or helpful at first until I started using foul words to express how unprofessional she was being and that I needed another room. She said I would have to wait for housekeeping and she didn’t know how long it would be. Shortly she came knocking on the door with another room key to room 222 where the ceiling looked molded and no other accommodations were offered. I stay here on the regular but this trip was awful and unacceptable
