The people at the front desk were so sweet. They were the best part of our experience. The rooms are very different than the pictures online. I booked 2 rooms, one for me and my 2 youngest children, another for my sister and my oldest child. I had booked adjoining rooms. Our rooms were 3 rooms apart. One room smelled like cigarette smoke and the sink was not attached to the counter. It also leaked water all over the floor. The other room had a moldy shower curtain and the bottom of bathroom door was broken off. in both rooms, the floor was dirty and sticky. Both rooms smelled funky. Neither one of the rooms had comforters. Just very thin sheets and the mattresses felt hard as rocks. There was also cockroaches in both rooms. Neither room had trash cans. There was a very clear prostitute just a few rooms down from us, and we had a strange man knock on our door at 6am, looking for his drug dealer. This establishment is very clearly misrepresented on hotels.com. It is dirty, nasty, and dangerous. I have never felt so dirty and unsafe in my whole life. Will never go to this place again. This is the second time I have booked off of hotels.com and the place looks nothing like the photos with dirty, smelly, moldy rooms. I will also never book off of hotels.com again.
