The room was spacious and unlike other places in the area included two queen size beds and a recliner as well. The shower was well equipped with a shower chair and a height adjustable handheld shower head. The room was clean and appeared to be well taken care of. We didn't have any issues as we were there for three days and management was willing to help at any time.
Stayed here after driving 1000 miles in a day. Angel was so helpful and welcoming at the desk. Traveling with 2 dogs can be a challenge--they were perfect too. Lots of dog people staying there--and they were all so nice. Beds were sooo comfortable. Wish all hotels were this nice!
This is all I need in a hotel: free breakfast, free wifi, and a safe room. Now, I love the fact there is great service, inexpensive gas pumps right next door, and a hot tub. And well done on the room - soft lighting and a comfy atmosphere. It was a great end to a long day of driving. Highly recommended.
It was the end of another long day of driving with the family. Angel was great at checking us in and even talked with us for a few minutes before the next customer arrived. If we have the opportunity to stop in Boonville again we will be sure to stop here and hope that we get to talk to Angel again.
Booked two rooms and gave them our credit card info. Got there after midnight and manager said, "I've been trying to get in touch with you". He sold our rooms and I"m sure he was disappointed that we actually showed up so he couldn't bill us for them. If you want sleaze this is the place. for you.
Angel at eh front desk was great. Our room was comfortable and the bed and pillows were great. We weren't planning on staying here, but they accept pets and it was a good choice. They also have a large field out back for the dogs. I recommend!
Very disappointing. The room was small and very difficult for one good-sized person to get around, let alone if there were two people here. The pool had dead bugs floating on the water's surface and there were dead bugs along the floor around the pool. The washer and dryer were in small closets behind bi-fold doors and were old and beat up.
We stayed here only because it was the only vacancy for a 100 mile radius. There was a girls softball tournament nearby and the nosiest ones stayed at this hotel. They were running up and down the hallways and being unnecessarily loud. Where were the parents? Where was the staff? We didn't complain but not sure the noise level was all the hotel's fault. However, we could hear it when we checked in and when I asked the front desk what the noise (sounded like herd of buffalo upstairs) was, he just shrugged his shoulders. The breakfast was barely average. Will not stay here again.
Being a geocacher, it's great to be led to the evening's motel by the co-ordinates of the cache out front. That was surpassed by the friendliness and assistance the two managers on duty, Angel & Jessica displayed. I was greeted as a diamond member and given a room upgrade to a queen size bed instead of the normal size I reserved. In addition I received a bottle of ice water - greatly appreciated in the weather. The only down item was that this property still uses a password for wifi and I was not told it was needed when I checked in. The password was on the key envelope, but not noted as such The motel has a guest laundry facility which is very nice. The refrigerator does not have a small freezer so I had to use ice as opposed to re frozen ice packs. The room was a bit small - but had adequate plugs for computer, c-pap, etc Breakfast was standard but good, I did not try the sausage gravy - the one thing that can set a southern motel's breakfast apart. All in all, if I'm back this way - I will stay here again. BTW, that geocache made it easier for me to complete a challenge cache for finding two caches 500 miles apart. Thanks for allowing it.
Easy access off the highway, older hotel that has been refurbished, small hotel. Would have liked it more if stair and elevator access would have been closer to lobby, odor from AC/heater units was not good but you had to use the AC with outdoor temps in the 90's. Check-in staff friendly, breakfast OK.
