It was quit when we arrived around 6pm and stayed that way throughout the night. The room was clean and exactly what we were looking for. The night staff was great and the morning checkout staff was excellent.
I liked that I felt safe and I like have an outdoor corridor.
The Inn was very clean and the staff very pleasant and helpful. The room had a slight "cleaning" smell, but it indicated that it had been cleaned. The breakfast was limited but had cereal, milk, danish, and yogurt which was sufficient. I would stay there again if I were back in the area.
The property is basic but cleaner than when I stayed there for a month in 2020. However, the A/C functioning is minimal--I had a restless night when I couldn't get the room cooler than 72.
The folks who run the hotel are very accommodating, and while it is not the Ritz, it was very clean, well-maintained, and more value the what I had expected.
Liked that the room had linoleum rather than carpet, felt very clean. I stayed on the side closest to the highway, when sirens went by it was very loud in the room. Room had many more amenities than I had thought. Great room for the price. Would stay again.
Read a lot of good comments about this hotel/motel online. We were particularly impressed we the full range of free breakfast options. There's no way you could eat one of everything! The only negative (not the motel's fault) was the late and noisy arrival to guests to the room directly above us (it's a 2 story facility). They awakened my wife, (but not me).
Third time staying at the hotel. It's basic and simple, which is exactly what we wanted. The room was adequately furnished with desk and chair, apt. frig, and small microwave. The hotel is located within easy access to the main roads, restaurants, and grocery stores. Staff is always pleasant and friendly. We'll be staying there again.

This place is far from being fancy, but it is clean and quiet. Breakfast was very average, but adequate. Desk clerk was nice. His English is hard to understand, but he tries hard to make guests feel welcome. We would consider staying again if in town.
The room was adequate and the hotel staff was friendly . The breakfast area had good orange juice and bagels and this was much better than the oj from a juice dispenser like most hotel chains have.
Clean and comfortable room in this 2 hotel town. When there are not many option you always are taking a chance but the Richland really came through.
