It's an Okay place. The bedroom got stuck without locking. Amenities was good. There were trash on the garage that was left. Owner wasn't that responsive. Im pretty sure you can get better option for the money we spent.

We stayed here 4 nights and this was just an ok place. We all enjoyed having our own rooms and space to spread out. The kitchen was definitely lacking so thankfully we never planned on cooking. There were 4 spoons, 3 forks, 3 cups, and lots of plates and coffee mugs and other miscellaneous. This property was advertised as new but had many issues. The vertical blinds in the dining room would have pieces fall off, the kitchen/dining room flooring had what looked like water damage and was cupping/cracking, there were holes and scrapes on the walls in multiple places, the upstairs hall bathroom had no floor trim, the light in the dining room was being held up by a bungee cord, multiple bedrooms had broken/missing pieces to the blinds, there were cigarette butts all over the back yard and a couple in the garage, both main bedroom bedside tables had a leg fall off when we moved them to plug stuff in (thankfully we could just put them back on but they were not sturdy), multiple pieces of trim throughout the house were severely scratched. Overall, it was fine but definitely was not what we expected for a “new” house.

TERRIBLE!! BOOK ELSEWHERE!! We were moved from this property to the Binder Mountain Stay Games, Wine & Hot Tub listing but my VRBO itinerary was not updated, so my review is under this property instead. Check-in was at 3pm but we were unable to access the property until 7pm due to the cleaner and an apparent discrepancy with the previous renter’s check-out however we were not notified of any issues until after we reached out and long into our waiting to get inside. NO VIEWS and NO WINE as mentioned in description!! Property outside was unkept, damaged, and the outside security camera lenses were covered with electrical tape. Fence/gate on side of house was damaged, knocked over, and couldn’t be closed. Trash was strewn in the yard. MOLD on garage ceiling and stains on ceilings inside the house. Fire alarms were all missing or hanging and detached from ceiling. Furniture was not as advertised and DIRTY, stained, torn and worn. Tables and pool table were stained as well. Bed linens and flooring were all heavily stained. Hot tub reeked of MILDEW, water was green, and it was unusable. Fridge inside had leftover foods in baggies. Fridge in garage was FILTHY and infested with dead and live insects. Hand rails for stairs were damaged, loose, and coming off the wall. A response to these issues was NOT received, an apology was NOT given, and a resolution was NOT provided. Instead host got frustrated with us for raising these concerns and wanting to cancel. We did not stay!

Overall it was very clean and we were pleased. there was going to be six of us but only four of us came. The only problem is you really can't sit outside on the deck as the chairs should be thrown away. You really can't sit in them. There was a lack of forks. Luckily I had brought plastic forks even though we usually don't cook.
