My new go to hotel; staff is amazing and will go out of their way to accommodate requests. In my case, I had a flight that arrived at 12:30 am and though their shuttle person clocks out at 12:00, the desk person Monica actually took it upon herself to make the trip and pick me up. On another occasion, a similar thing happened in an early morning shuttle- very understanding. But that's not all. Next to cleanliness, my primary factor in determining a good hotel is QUIET!. I usually don't sleep well in a new place the first night, and if noise is there, forget it. The designers of this hotel get it on this; this is not some chincy particle board and sheetrock thin walled Microtel or something. It is quiet.

I loved this property. The only thing is that I had to change rooms because the standard room was too small. It's good for one person for a night or two, but if you're going to be staying for an extended period of time, book the suite.

The only reason I'm giving it a 4 star is because there was staff that went into our room after a tiny little knock, they themselves opened the door, luckily we were up already, & dressed. Then to do something with the tv cables. As if that is the appropriate way to do something, I just imagine not being up & dressed & them walking in is insane. There was a sign posted that they would be doing that to TV's but not HOW. So that was upsetting. They could do that maybe after check-out & respect guest privacy? 11am is check out & you can't check in until about 3-4 pm so the urgency for that is crazy & how they did it. Property parking is additional. Breakfast is $17 per person for basic bf.

There are no walkable restaurant options. However there is a restaurant and bar available at this location 6 days a week. Plus complimentary dinner snacks like soup, salad, hummus and fruit available that are very good. We were very pleased because we had no car. There are also hearty food options in a cashless section. Very convenient.

Newer nice hotel

This was a nice hotel. The furnishing felt kind of like it was from ikea. But the bed was comfortable. It’s near the Colorado Springs airport. There is not many nearby places to eat. Check in was good.
