I heartily concur with all the previous superlative reviews. I would add that the breakfast is of such a quality that it could easily be served in a Ritz Carlton or other five star hotel - presentation, taste, etc. are that good. Similarly, the housekeeping is really excellent (done by the same individual who does the cooking!) Really an outstanding B&B!

We only stayed 1 night in Colorado Springs on our way back to Denver. After a long drive from Durango this was the ideal place to stay. There was plenty of parking for guests at the back of the Inn which was ideal as there are many no parking areas around the Inn.. The Inn is very large with 9 rooms, large communal lounge areas as well as a communal dining room where breakfast was served to guest around a long table. After some confusion as to which room we were staying in - my fault as I didnt read the welcome email sent by the Inn a couple of days beforehand - we found our ground floor room. It was perfect - a comfortable room with a queen sizes bed with all mod cons - excellent wifi, large flat screen TV & air con. The en suite bathroom had plenty of space to put our stuff with 2 washbasins and a shower over the bath. It has plenty of towels and toiletries. The room & bathroom were spotlessly clean. After an excellent nights sleep breakfast was served at 8 am and the hot entree that day was pancakes which were excellent. The Inn is perfectly located being close to the University and about a 10-15 minute walk to the historic district which is full of restaurants. The Inn is run very professionally but still manages to retain a friendly ambience and we loved our short stay there.

We had a wonderful stay at this Inn. The location is very convenient and close to downtown. We took Uber/Lyft several times and had rides within 5 minutes or less. Pam and Jay are perfect hosts. They greeted us outside when we arrived and knew us by name. I had a headache from the altitude and Pam kindly got me some Ibuprofen. Our room was clean and nicely updated. The bed was comfortable. They serve breakfast to all guests at 8 am each morning. Jay is an excellent chef and puts a unique spin on breakfast classics. The meals are served family style but each group of two gets their own plate to serve off so you're not sharing plates with folks you don't know. Pam somehow remembered each guest's name at breakfast! They are also knowledgeable about the area and can offer tips and answer questions about activities. The house itself has been updated and well-maintained but still keeps the vintage/Victorian feel. They play soft music in the house during the day and there are fresh cookies out for the guests as well. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back. Pam and Jay have an attention to detail and clearly put their heart and soul into making this Inn a perfect experience for every guest. Highly recommend.

We spent two days here. Wonderful service and accommodations. The owners are wonderful and the breakfast was delicious We spent time at gardens of the Gods. Nice hike and wildlife. We enjoyed dinner in downtown as well

We spent one night here in the ground floor, detached king suite, which was quiet and comfortable, and had parking close by. A delicious, home-made breakfast was served to all the guests together at 8am in the dining room. The location is excellent, and the setting very pleasant, set back behind a picket fence, with flowers and landscaping, but very near downtown restaurants and shopping, and with easy access anywhere in the area. After walking around quite a bit, we spent the later part of the afternoon in the charming parlor, to avoid the heat while we waited for other family members to arrive. The hosts are welcoming and gracious and work hard to make sure the guests are satisfied. I will definitely return some day and recommend to anyone visiting Colorado Springs.

When my sister from Seattle invited us to watch her Dragonboat team race, we were happy to accompany her. We arrived at ST Mary’s B & B and were so taken with it! Absolutely gorgeous and the accommodations were more than comfortable. We had lovely breakfasts, walking distance to downtown activities and restaurants. The bathroom accommodations were better than I had at home! We will never forget our wonderful get together, the race and our lovely hosts at St. Mary.

Celebrated our 50th anniversary here. Had a large and well appointed room on the second floor. (Lots of windows – would have benefited from blackout shades or blinds that darkened the room more.) Warmly welcomed by Pam, who even left a gift basket and anniversary card in our room. Breakfast was plentiful and a bit different on the two mornings we were there. Lots of interesting people to talk to. Breakfast service was very attentive. Cookies, coffee, and tea throughout the day were available – a nice touch. Location was very convenient to downtown, with off-street private parking.

Gonna tell you a story about owners Pam and Jay, They owned a bed and breakfast, not so far away Said "Colorado is the place you ought to be" So we took off on Southwest and then we had to see! Springs...that is...Colorado. St. Mary's Inn...Bed and Breakfast. Well...the service was outstanding and the breakfast was the best They surpassed our expectations and they satisfied our test We hope to come back again, and I ain't talking jive So check it off your bucket list, if you're still alive!

This a beautiful bed and breakfast near downtown Colorado Springs. The self check in process was simple and easy. Just put in the code and walk up to your room. Your key to the room was waiting on the nightstand. We stayed in the Cypress room which was large and roomy. The bathroom was well decorated plus a nice jacuzzi tub. We were not able to stay for the breakfast, but French toast was on the schedule for the morning. Everyone we met here was friendly and helpful. St Mary’s is a must stay in in Colorado Springs.

We really enjoyed our stay at St Mary's as they allowed us to get into our suite early, the Inn keeper was very friendly and helpful and so excited to show us around the place. He was genuinely loving the Inn and his customers. Thanks for a lovely stay!
