Nestled in Colorado Springs, this delightful house offers three cozy bedrooms. Each with their own private closets, hangers, hampers and extras. Two of the bedrooms have comfortable queen beds with clean linen, nice comforters and two pillows per bed. The third bedroom provides a twin-on-twin bunkbed with a trundle for additional sleeping space, a nice little kid's table with a puzzle, a few books and fun decor. The bathroom features a bathtub with glass doors, shampoo, body soap and conditioner included as well as hand towels, body towels, and bathmats, no washcloths provided. The bathroom also includes a hairdryer, hand soap, toilet paper and more for your convenience. As you come through the door of the home, you will be entering the living room, a relaxing space containing a pullout sofa bed as well as a love seat, a coffee table highlighting Colorado's best attractions, a smart tv, plenty of lighting, two ceiling fans and big, beautiful windows. Guests can enjoy the views, listen to nature and if lucky- enjoy the play of all the little squirrels as they go about their day. The open living space allows friends and family to gather together as they prepare meals and enjoy quality time before and after activities. The dining table seats four, an additional two seat table can be found in the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you can use in a home away from home. There is a full-size refrigerator, as well as a full side stove, dishwasher with pods for washing, dish soap and hand soap as well as a microwave and air fryer, a small coffee maker-with coffee, creamer, sugar and even chai tea. The laundry room has a washer and dryer, some pods for washing and additional items left by other guests available for your needs. This little home is perfect for a family looking to have a quiet, comfortable space to spend quality time with loved ones after a busy day enjoying the outdoors.
