WARNING: This property has NO luggage carts! Management has required staff to get rid of all of them and so now there are no carts to take luggage and other baggage from your car to your room. In that we had an extended stay, this made our stay impossible to carry everything by hand from our fully loaded car.. This is unbelievable for any hotel! Their reasoning was that luggage cart could bring in bed bugs -- so ridiculous!

Good friendly staff, fitness room available and laundry room. Thanks.

GREAT TIME AND WOULD LOVE TO DO IT AGAIN VERY SOON..

Worst hotel ever! Not clean, terrible smell and no room service!!!

The hotel smelled bad with a different heavy perfume smell in my room, hall, and entrance. Check out and check in times were ridiculous. There was no soap at all in my room, and no shampoo/conditioner. There was no free breakfast. I would never go back to this place.

I cannot rate staff because I didn't see them but i have to say that is what i liked about this place- You take care of yourself. we were there for a week but left everyday to be with family so i didn't need anything from staff. i did lock myself out once but a person was there quickly and let me in. i brought my own kitchen supplies and extra towels and it worked out fine.

A NICE PLACE TO STAY WHEN TRAVELING WITH OR WITHOUT YOUR FAMILY.

The staff was super nice and helpful! Wasn't too noisy and close to restaurants and shopping. The beds were not so comfortable, and the 2 pillows were flat. Also could use some extra blankets. Was just me and my 9 year old so wasn't too bad. All in all we had a good experience. The manager and staff referred us to places to eat. Like I said.....they were super great and made the stay very pleasant. I would recommend and stay there again if we go back.

Nice quite room. Just wish there were dishes for the kitchen.

It was advertised as having full kitchens. No coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, kitchen or eating utensils, plates,glasses/cups. Most places I've stayed at that advertise having kitchens usually having the basic kitchen necessities.

With a great view of Pike's Peak and the surrounding mountains, the location is convenient to the family we visited and to the local attractions. We stayed twelve nights and the personnel treated us with the utmost in courtesy and professionalism. The low rates made it affordable for us to stay for an extended visit to see our newborn granddaughter. Granted, Crestwood Suites does not offer the luxuries available at some high-end hotels, but the cleanliness and convenience satisfactorily suited our needs. Thanks to the No Smoking policy, there was no stale residual tobacco odor in the building or in the rooms. We experienced zero difficulties on check in/out. The keyed external doors provide an extra sense of security. Thumbs up for the full-size refrigerator!

The hotel was sold over a year ago to InTown Suites. There are no longer dishes or pans or coffee maker provided with your kitchen but the Internet is now free with the room. Good location just off the I-25 freeway exit. Great price for us. The hotel across the street was almost 3 times more for the same suite. Old name still on the front of the hotel but inside has been changed over to InTown Suites.

Travel for business. Staff leave at 8p and don't come back until 10a. No breakfast.

Not worth the money that you may save booking this dump. Just pay a little more for something better. You'll be glade you did.

my stay was wonderful, only two things wrong with the property. Standing water at the back entrances from rain and lack of coffee pot in room. other than that it was a great place to stay and I would book there again.

Nice enough room, but too much paperwork at checking in. No amenities in room at all, excel for tv. Not even a coffee maker!! Kitchen was nice, but no kitchen wares at all. I doubt people travel with their pots and pans and cutlery. Inside cabinets was gross. Bathroom was spacious. If you're staying here any length of time bring your own stuff, including toilet paper. They only provide one roll

Hotel staff was very pleasant. I really enjoyed having a kitchen in my room, especially for the price. The room was not turned over every night, but that didn't bother me at all. I stayed for 5 days, and I don't need someone else to take out my trash and make my bed for me each night. I would recommend this hotel to others, and I look forward to staying there again.

The hotel had just changed ownership and the staff was training with a representative from the new owner's group. Very slow check in. Our first room had a clogged toilet, repairs were attempted but failed. They mentioned that this had been an ongoing issue with several rooms. (okay, then why were you putting people in rooms that had this type of issue?) So we moved to a new room, (no offer to help) the second room was nice and met our needs quite well. The office closes at midnight but does not open until 9 am. No coffee for the coffee maker. no one at the office to see if they even offer coffee. Overall, a nice property in need of some serious maintenance. I hope the new ownership makes some serious improvements and up grades.

was pleasantly surprised that the room we booked was a 2 bedroom suite and not a standard room with two beds.

not the best room. scratches in all the counter tops, just seemed really outdated. Like REALLY out dated. stayed for just a quick night after a late flight and checked our super early, so for under 9 hours of using the room I could deal with it.
