It was advertised as having full kitchens. No coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, kitchen or eating utensils, plates,glasses/cups. Most places I've stayed at that advertise having kitchens usually having the basic kitchen necessities.

With a great view of Pike's Peak and the surrounding mountains, the location is convenient to the family we visited and to the local attractions. We stayed twelve nights and the personnel treated us with the utmost in courtesy and professionalism. The low rates made it affordable for us to stay for an extended visit to see our newborn granddaughter. Granted, Crestwood Suites does not offer the luxuries available at some high-end hotels, but the cleanliness and convenience satisfactorily suited our needs. Thanks to the No Smoking policy, there was no stale residual tobacco odor in the building or in the rooms. We experienced zero difficulties on check in/out. The keyed external doors provide an extra sense of security. Thumbs up for the full-size refrigerator!

The hotel was sold over a year ago to InTown Suites. There are no longer dishes or pans or coffee maker provided with your kitchen but the Internet is now free with the room. Good location just off the I-25 freeway exit. Great price for us. The hotel across the street was almost 3 times more for the same suite. Old name still on the front of the hotel but inside has been changed over to InTown Suites.

Travel for business. Staff leave at 8p and don't come back until 10a. No breakfast.

Not worth the money that you may save booking this dump. Just pay a little more for something better. You'll be glade you did.

my stay was wonderful, only two things wrong with the property. Standing water at the back entrances from rain and lack of coffee pot in room. other than that it was a great place to stay and I would book there again.

Nice enough room, but too much paperwork at checking in. No amenities in room at all, excel for tv. Not even a coffee maker!! Kitchen was nice, but no kitchen wares at all. I doubt people travel with their pots and pans and cutlery. Inside cabinets was gross. Bathroom was spacious. If you're staying here any length of time bring your own stuff, including toilet paper. They only provide one roll

Hotel staff was very pleasant. I really enjoyed having a kitchen in my room, especially for the price. The room was not turned over every night, but that didn't bother me at all. I stayed for 5 days, and I don't need someone else to take out my trash and make my bed for me each night. I would recommend this hotel to others, and I look forward to staying there again.

The hotel had just changed ownership and the staff was training with a representative from the new owner's group. Very slow check in. Our first room had a clogged toilet, repairs were attempted but failed. They mentioned that this had been an ongoing issue with several rooms. (okay, then why were you putting people in rooms that had this type of issue?) So we moved to a new room, (no offer to help) the second room was nice and met our needs quite well. The office closes at midnight but does not open until 9 am. No coffee for the coffee maker. no one at the office to see if they even offer coffee. Overall, a nice property in need of some serious maintenance. I hope the new ownership makes some serious improvements and up grades.

was pleasantly surprised that the room we booked was a 2 bedroom suite and not a standard room with two beds.

not the best room. scratches in all the counter tops, just seemed really outdated. Like REALLY out dated. stayed for just a quick night after a late flight and checked our super early, so for under 9 hours of using the room I could deal with it.

Good location, very clean room plus kitchen, good value, 8 out of 10

Just an overnight stop, worked well for me. It is dog friendly, will welcome you and your pet.

Although our room smelled a bit musty, you have to love a kitchen, silverware, and dishes in your room. Front desk manager was very polite; however, main cleaning lady on duty was rude and snooty. She also made sure to come to our room at exactly 10:59am, one minute before checkout, to make sure that we were leaving. We would stay there again if there were no other nicer, available extended stay hotels in the area.

Staff was rude and hotel had gotten alot more ghetto sinse the last time i been there. There was no continental breakfast either. The elevater felt as if it was about to break down.

I was expecting a lot more for the price I paid. I was expecting a filthy room, crack-heads roaming the halls, and cockroaches in the corners. This hotel had none of that. It was relatively quiet and seemed pretty clean. Overall, I'd say it was a good deal.

It was a nice room, clean and the kitchen was good.

This is a great choice for someone looking for an easy to get to, close to town, and still quiet place to stay. I love the little kitchens in every room. The price was great for the studio room, perfect for someone traveling in business staying a while. The staff were nice but you weren't overwhelmed by them everywhere you looked. I enjoyed my stay.

My wife and sister-in-law and I stayed here for four nights, of which we made dinner in the room three. The amenities were adequate, the only thing missing was an oven (I know this is a lot to ask for in a hotel). The stove, microwave and refrigerator were clean and in good working order. The room was clean. While they front desk could not find my reservation, once I gave them the confirmation code check in went smoothly.

This is an easy to find hotel and easy to get to any of the sights and things to do for quite a distance around Colorado Springs. Quiet and good accomodations for one or the family.
