Had a week's business trip so took my wife for the weekend. Great room with view of the Dom. Staff really helpful, great breakfast short walk to old town and restaurants nearby. I will stay again. Good bar service try and have a drink in the bar at the top of the hotel and take the glass elevator super views. Large under ground car park.

Stayed here for just one night before embarking on a tour-de-Rhine with a rental car. We chose this hotel because of its location (walking distance from the attractions in the center) and ease of parking (a public garage downstairs). Indeed, both worked out very nicely. We had a free stay because of a loyalty reward from a booking chain; had we paid ourselves, the hotel would perhaps have been a little on the expensive side (by German standards, where hotels tend to be pretty affordable). It is branded as a business hotel, but was very convenient also for a vacationing couple. Rooms were light and spacious. There was some renovation going on in the lobby, and the normal dining room was not accessible. Breakfast was served in the ballroom, and what a breakfast it was! There were so many varieties of everything that we could only sample some of the goodies available. Of course, omelets were made to order. The honey and jam selections were astonishing (until we learned later during the week that this is customary in Germany – but none were as good and diverse as here). Would definitely stay here again.

I had a 5 night stay at the Pullman in Cologne whilst there for business in June. The location is convenient with varying bus and tram lines all within an easy 10 minute walk to get you to all areas of Cologne. Check-in was seamless and I was allocated a room that looked out to the Dom - the perfect Cologne skyline both during the day and night. The room on the executive floor was large and functional. Large windows allowed plenty of light into the room during the day. There was ample space to store and hang clothing for the week. The bathroom was also spacious with really nice high quality toiletries provided. The room rate was great compared to other offerings in Cologne at the time. For those needing to work, there is a large desk with several power outlets and the WiFi was fast and reliable. The bar upstairs was a perfect place to unwind after long days and the staff there were exceptional. The drinks list is extensive and they made great cocktails. The breakfast at the hotel is expensive, but there is a great cafe nearby on Friesenstrasse which I visited instead. The fitness centre/gym is a bit cramped for space but adequate. As it was quite hot during my visit it would've been great if the hotel had a pool. Overall, it was a great stay at the hotel and I'd stay here again whether it is for business or leisure.

Stopped over in Cologne for one night. Pleasant and helpful reception staff. Typical corporate room, but comfortable. Well thought out bathroom with a basin that could actually hold water. Very good shower. Clean. Very warm in the room, despite control saying 18 degrees. Should have set it lower. No bottle opener for the complimentary water. Breakfast not cheap but a good spread. Happy to stay again, but I don't suppose I'll notice the difference to any other large chain quality hotel.

Staff were efficient and friendly on arrival and we had a great room on the 8th floor. The breakfast buffet was extensive with lots of options including omelette cooked to order. Easy walking distance to the Cathedral and the shopping districts. Parking under the building at reasonable cost. All in all, a great place to stay without being in the noisy area of the city.

This place is perfect, just what we wanted. We have stayed in the Pullman in Paris and remembered how good it was so booked again! There are so many good features with the room we booked directly through the hotel, deluxe double: -free minibar -rain shower -nespresso machine -tea/coffee -amazingly comfy bed -free wifi -parking -very clean -modern -close to city centre -3pm check out! Will always choose Pullman if possible!

We stayed for one night at Pullman Köln in August 2017. On arrival, we were informed that one of the room was upgraded to a corner room. Along with "muffin birthday cake" with a candle, this was a nice gesture to acknowledge the birthday of one of us. The room was large, with a king size bed, desk and all the amenities to expect at this level. The furniture had some wear and tear but everything was clean. The view over Köln cathedral was breathtaking. The bathroom was decent size, with a large shower. Minor complaints were related to maintenance questions (stuck sliding door in bathroom and unusual faucet) and a design fault : it's fun to have a window from between the bathroom and the bedroom, but shouldn't the control of the blinds be in the bathroom instead of on the bedroom wall? The breakfast was great, with eggs and omelettes to order, a large selection of juices, cold cuts and bread. Plan the time to enjoy it. The staff was welcoming and helpful all around our stay. Highly recommended.

From the moment I checked in to the time I checked out everything was great. I received a corner room with balcony which was not used as much as I liked due to the weather. However, it offered splendid views to the west of Cologne. The room was very spacious especially for a solo traveller and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a fine selection of food and drink on offer. Absolutely no complaints about the hotel at all. I also have to thank the receptionist who apologised profusely when I checked out after a letter a had been placed under my door by mistake. There was no need to apologise but still made me feel vey important.

There was a lot of hype about bar12 on the top floor which was closed both nights that we stayed. The bar on the ground floor was fine, just felt that we missed out. Our deluxe room was compact but well equiped. The premium wifi was not up to streaming. Very good breakfast and international papers. There is a public multistorey carpark very close to the hotel - much cheaper.

So, Hotel is as always, they moved the bar from ground to top level :-) big deal - anyway ground level is a restaurant now - kind of ignored that last three days 😁 - turns out awesome dinner - they have one of those super hot meat 🍖 ovens - ordered beef and great peace of pork - awesome - totally underestimated 😎
