Quiet, courtyard, in a building Historic Monument, former property of the Counts of Ribeaupierre (1451-1585) since the thirteenth century, fully restored by us in 2012, close to shops, this very functional and modern apartment offers on 3 levels, 107 m2 spacious, bright and colorful! Come in, and discover its original charm! The +: a LARGE LIVING ROOM / LOFT style dining room with a large TV with sound bar, 2 large bedrooms with corner desk or reading corner, large storage are available with wall cupboards in each room. The open kitchen is fully equipped, and you have 2 BATHROOMS one with 1douche / the other with 1baignoire) 2 toilets (ie a bathroom and a toilet on each floor) Free WIFI. PRIVATE PARKING possible according to availability, on request. Baby umbrella bed I speak German and English.
You will be close to major sites to visit: the Little Venice, the Old Customs Square, the alleys of the Tanners Quarter, the Collegiate Church St Martin with its storks and in December the Christmas Markets!The Bartholdi Museum is adjoining the building, the Unterlinden Museum and its famous Issenheim Rétable at 10 minutes. A 2 minute walk you will find bakeries, butcher, 1 small supermarket, typical covered market, many restaurants, taverns and cafes.
