Overall the hotel is good. The room is clean and has a good space, the bed is good, but the bathroom is a bit tight for bathing. The shower in my room was not very good. Breakfast is good but has to be paid separately. The restaurant features some Mexican food options, hamburgers and pizza.

This is a great hotel. It makes you feel like you're in a mini-resort. Very clean setting, excellent food, nice rooms, and no-charge Wi-Fi. It's close to an indoor shopping center if you forgot anything.

Friendly staff. The rooms are a little dated, but kept in good condition. Breakfast buffet was typical for the region. (More fresh fruit than a US buffet). The hotel is easily located near the edge of the city. Part of our group had a wheelchair the building is accessible the rooms are tight.

Overall best hotel in town. Very accesible from the airport at a great location close to main shopping mall and government state offices. Has been very well kept through the years. Need to improve wi if.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great and had a lot of food to choose. Dinner menu was great also, tried 6 different things and was not disappointed by any of them. Staff was very nice and courteous.

Great Hotel, with all the necessary amenities. Close enough to the airport, govermente complex and main Shopping mall. Rooms has a great space, very friendly staff, that will do the outmost to keep your stay at ease.

Does what it says on the tin, a basic and no frills hotel with comfortable enough rooms that are clean and functional. My only room complaint is that they have very heavy quilts on the beds but it is impossible to get the aircon below 20.5 meaning I had a restless and fitful nights sleep and I could not get the right temperature. A decent breakfast spread but I couldn't charge everything to my room meaning that I had to pay cash or by card for everything from room service to breakfast, shouldn't be that hard to do.

I visited the hotel for 4 nights as I have family in Colima. I arrived early on the first day and they let me check in early. I also asked to change my room upon arrival from a King Bed to Two Doubles and they accommodated this immediately. The room was clean, air conditioning was great and I couldn’t have really asked for more for what I paid. The free bottled water and toiletries were a nice touch. The maid came everyday and cleaned, made beds and changed towels. I had breakfast twice which was a great selection for a reasonable hotel price. The staff couldn’t have done more to meet my needs and were very attentive. The pool area was clean with fresh towels laid out ready to use. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and hope to stay again when I return. Keep up the good work!

Had to stay in Colima supporting family member at Puerto del Hierro hospital. Booked both Fiesta Inn and Wynn Garden Colima. The Fiesta Inn was leagues above the Wynn. It was clean, bright and had a very friendly staff and good food. We couldn't stay even a night at the Wynn - it smelled and looked unclean. Well done Fiesta!

On road trip from Canada to Barra de Navidad we chose the Fiesta Inn largely for ease of access - we can't possibly get lost getting off the highway! The Fiesta Inn is modern and clean and bright. The first room we got was just above the restaurant bar, and we could hear the noise in the room, so the staff kindly moved us to a quiet room on the northeast side, with a view of the volcano. The room is large, clean and well appointed, with a coffee pot and with TV including CNN in english! When we checked in we were told that breakfast was not included but we could us a 25% discount card on all food and drink. At breakfast we were told that the 25% coupon did not apply to breakfast but they gave us the breakfast at no charge! The hotel has a pool and fitness room. A good option for an authentic Mexican dinner is Las Brasas, across the highway.
