A note for future guests:
St. Maarten is a fast-growing island, and Indigo Bay is currently undergoing neighborhood development, including the construction of The Setai — a world-class luxury hotel coming to the area. Construction takes place during standard working hours: Monday–Friday (7AM - 5:30PM) and Saturday (8AM - 4:00PM). Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. We want you to have full transparency so you can plan accordingly and make the most of your stay!

Our stay was wonderful with one caveat. The complex is under construction and the noise of heavy machinery started by 6:30am Monday to Thursday as Friday was a holiday. It does appear that the construction will be ongoing for quite some time, so future guests should be aware.
