Villa Amaya - Contemporary 3 Bedroom Townhouse in Indigo Bay
Amaya is a gorgeous, recently finished 3 bedroom villa in Indigo Bay, Sint Maarten.
Overlooking the turquoise ocean of the bay, Amaya features spacious living space, 3 indoor bedrooms each with it’s own bathroom, a cinema room and an office all with air-conditioning.
On the top level, the modern and well equipped kitchen opens to the living area separated by a bar and a terrasse with a covered dining area. On this same level is a smaller bedroom with a bathroom. Going down a level are a further two bedrooms, with king sized beds and en-suite bathrooms as well as a washer and dryer. These bedrooms open to the lap pool and terrace. A further level down features the cinema room as well as the office.
Amaya is a great villa for a family vacation or for couples traveling together.
Villa Amaya has 3 stories and is not suitable for guests with difficulties going up and down stairs. Furthermore, Amaya is located in an area that is an ongoing working progress with construction work happening. This explains the lower rates for this wonderful property.
