Statement of fact: noticed the pool pump & filtration system going off at 17:00 on the 23/08. 24/08 notified Sergio at Sinergia that pump was coming on at 11am and going off at 5pm only running for 6hours in 24, off for 18hours. Requested maintenance support but was advised it was safe to use by “owner” Via Sinergia/Novasol, my assumption here is the owner must have valid certification to support the advisory's, operation and pool filtration system diagnosis, previous experiences pool specialists would be sent out on the first notification. The pool filtration and pump continued to come on at 11am and off at 5pm daily. Resulting in increased algae & bacteria growth. The pool ended up visibly green. The photos attached are a high level sample of images captured from Tuesday to today showing the daily change in water quality. This has spoiled our vacation and seek resolve.
