My husbands bag with passport money and cards & phone was stolen from the seat in the restaurant at 8am this morning we we due to fly to the U.K. at 11.30 This was horrendous the staff would not help the man on reception told us to go to the police station at the airport he just wanted rid of us The police station at the airport told my husband to go to the police station at Malaga Because we own a house in Olvera he decided to go there and use our local police who were very helpfull We were not near the street we were in a breakfast room at the back of the hotel I’ll never go back there again and as you were the providers of this stay I hold you responsible as well You should know if somewhere is safe

Yes the room was spotless super clean.Staff were very helpful .Breakfast was beyond my expectations in big messive hall with a tent ⛺️ shape theme.we loved it.It was in the centre .8 Minutes on the taxi and Train station for airport thats only 4 stops to thhotel.City centre was on the same train withen 20 minutes. I just want suggest please provide kettle in the room for the tea and water bottles. Its not cost much but will appreciated.

The room was modern welcoming and clean didn’t want for anything Check in was quick & efficient Breakfast was more than adequate If you couldn’t find something to eat I’d be amazed if also lasted 4 hours so as much coffee ect as you want The hotel is in a good location easy to find 10 minutes from the train station And I will use it again

We stayed for one night so could be near the airport. A little disappointed to find we had single beds, but overall it was a good location at a very reasonable price, unfortunately we had to leave before breakfast.

The hotel was well priced and exactly what we needed. Great view from the balcony. Convenient 10 minute walk to the train station. There are several dinning options and stores nearby. One of us did laundry and that was convenience and fast. The poop closes at 6 pm and that was disappointing

Breakfast was plentiful but quality was not great. Room was comfortable but whilst admittedly was "economy" it was far from clear that in effect was an internal space with no light or view of anything. Had some minor issues with check in and staff member was slightly unhelpful. Will not be going back there are far better hotels nearby.

Was told on arrival that our room was an upgrade - should have asked for original room. A/c not working, balcony view was a concrete/iron building and at regular intervals during the night a generator would come on for 15 minutes at a time all through to the morning – kept us awake.
