Ist floor room just off the parking lot as requested. Sturdy bars in bathtub. As I was packing to leave, in the rain, an employee named CHAD offered, and helped me load heavy suitcases into my car. Very gracious and most appreciated! For the second time in my visits to this location, parking was a real issue! Had I not had a handicap permit, I would have had to walk more than a block in the pouring rain. As it was, the one handicap slot available was half the buildings distance away from my room. Paying hotel guests should be given priority over party goers for parking. Noisy in hallways until late at night.
